Eric the salesman was fantastic, I showed up 1/2 hour before closing and felt horrible I came in so late, but he was a true professional. I didn’t feel stressed, chose my boots and was packed and out the door in no time.

Every time I go to this store, I’m amazed at how helpful and knowledgeable the employees are. They genuinely want to get you in the most comfortable and appropriate boot for YOU and they truly don’t try to upsell you for their profit. Their employee, Steve, was not only incredibly nice and welcoming, but had a vast amount of information about everything that comes with buying a pair of boots
I would 100% recommend anyone to go to this store for their next pair of boots

My Husband and son came in to look for new work boots. Eric was very informative in measuring their feet in order to get a good fit for the shoes they were looking at. He was very patient while they were trying to decide what they wanted. The other employees were also attentive in helping the customers coming in . Overall a great customer experience and I wasn’t even the one buying shoes lol.

Steve is a great vendor he takes the time to explain you and really show you what you need for your feet I had an amazing experience with him the other day when i purchased my work boots I’m extremely happy with them and the results.. Steve was super helpful, nice and I just felt comfortable with him he has an amazing vibe he even show me some exercises for my foot you really should give him a recognition he absolutely deserves it

Won’t be returning. Does not support union workers. And to add insult brings me out a pair of boots that are clearly been used and returned and try to pass them on as new boots.

I was helped out by Sal who was very pleasant and helped me figure out my shoe size with no issues despite knowing I was just there for sizing. Highly recommend this store and will definitely come in for a purchase when the time is right. Thanks again!
