“Like all other post offices, there are simply not enough staff. And since every service you're using the post office for is not everyday practice, most people (myself included) needed to step off the line to rectify something before seeing the clerk again, so the lines and wait times are long. I will always have this expectation when walking into a post office.
That being said, the two clerks who were working the Friday evening I walked in (Phillip and another gentleman) were polite. I had the pleasure of having Phillip help walk me through sending a Priority Mail Express to renew my passport, and it was a very pleasant experience. From what I could see, both clerks worked as efficiently as they could while ensuring everyone they were assisting got everything they needed to get done.
As far as post offices and errands go, my experience at this location was very positive.”
