5 star service ??? No cages and the dogs are so well behaved and calm. Kelly, Kim and the staff are really great and I HIGHLY recommend you bring your dog here for all grooming needs.

I wouldn't have made this post if my dog Austin didn't come back with a bleeding cut on the back of his leg and is still crying. After we picked up austin from the salon Saturday, he was whining and licking his leg when we got home. After checking his leg we saw he was bleeding a bit and my cousin immediately called the salon, a man picked up the phone and we told him we found austin cut. You would think any other groomers would apologize for the mistake and the fact they hurt a dog under their care, but they did not apologize or act professional during the phone call. The man on the phone kept deflecting saying that he did not hear anything whine or yelp when they were cutting Austin's hair. Which obviously couldnt have been true considering there's a whole patch missing. The man just essentially said "guess you wont be coming back here again?". He has been getting knicks in his body here and there after every grooming and we were wondering why and tried to give the benefit of the doubt. But it makes sense to me, because my dog was really scared this time when I brought him, he didn't even want to stay in the shop and he was never like that before. We thought that maybe he walked on something and was bothered. I don't know if they are under new management now, but we will NEVER come back here again. Would rather find a new spot that actually cares about my dog under their care. My dog was crying again while we had to clean his cut today. Very disappointed on the way this was handled. Never again.

No actual rating. I was looking forward to going here as their reviews said so much about cats and how great of a job they had done. However, they no longer groom cats.

Best groomers ever! So glad I was referred to Spaw Pet Salon. The entire staff is wonderful. My Maxie looks perfect every time. Kim is like the dog whisperer. The place is great. I love that there are no cages. All the dogs look so cute hanging out in the back.

Great shop. Been going for a few years. Recommended by my sister-in-law. Treat my dog Manning very well. He is nervous around other dogs but Kim and crew do a great job. He looks great too.

Spaw continues to be an excellent pet salon. My wife and I have used this location for both of our poodles for a long time. Kim does a fantastic job!

Great groomers! I have three dogs, two little ones and a big doodle. Every time i bring them In they're efficient with their time and gentle! I'm amazed how good they are with "my girls" and the dogs don't spend the whole day there. I'm very protective with who i leave my dogs with and everyone I pick Them up their so happy. I only took a star off bc they can be difficult to get a booking in, but that's a good thing for them!

I am from out of town and looking for a groomer in and around Westbury. I am very icky picky as to who grooms my dogs . Just looking online at your website and seeing how nicely all the dogs were groomed, plus how happy they looked socializing , I decided that this was the place I was taking her to be pampered.The reviews from your clients were really impressive, ( I read every one of them) and that says alot for your establishment. Plus the salon was located right down the street from my hotel, a hop, skip and a jump, so that for me was a no brainer.Now for this to happen, I have to get an appointment, and that would really make my day.
