Best service ever! The people who work in this store are everything! Andrew Nikovisc helped me when I got my new phone. I had to come back a few days later because I had some questions and he took time to help me. Sam and the manager were also very accommodating to me and my husband. We were very appreciative of all their help.

My experience at T-Mobile in Westbury, NY, was exceptional. I visited the store to redeem my free item from T-Mobile Tuesday's, and I was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency and attentiveness of the staff. Within just 2 minutes of arriving, I was promptly assisted and provided with my free item. The seamless and quick service demonstrated by the staff made the entire process effortless and enjoyable.

Never again! Placed an order for store pickup and they never put the order in pickup status till after they closed for that day. Then sent a message next day stating it must be picked up that day . I sent my authorized person to pick up the order and they claimed it’s not in their system. Call customer service who spoke to someone at store and said the order is there . While at store on video call with my authorized person service was slow to come by and not helpful . This was such a waste of time and inconvenience.

I was here earlier in the week, was helped by paula. Brought my father in so we could upgrade phones and cut some expenses. Paula was absolutely amazing and even saved us a bunch on charges we didnt even realize were left from the sprint to tmobile transition. 10/10 service from her, now to argue with corporate about those old charges...

I had a problem with one of our trade-in phones. Another store where I got 4 phones with 4 lines could not help me or explain the situation. I was just to told to mail in the phones or come back in to give it another try. So I thought I will inquire about it at another store near where I work.Alison, the store manager, went above and beyond to resolve my situation even though I signed up at another store. She called into a couple of departments and created a case for my phone. By doing so, she got herself involved in this case because they are going to get back to her! But she has been very professional about it and gave me her contact information so I could reach out to her about the case.And she did all that while two other associates were standing by. At the other store, a mid level manager was not even aware of a big promo that was going on and swiftly passed me over to another associate when one became available and stood by.If you want the top level of service and care for T-mobile from a knowledgeable group of staff and managing team, this is the store you must check out.

The manager Raj made it clear that he doesn't like Samsung and was unwilling to assist me as he prefers Apple products. As a manager, it is not your place to decide what your level of assistance is based on your personal preference. It was rude and unprofessional. Your comments were unnecessary and were unwelcomed.Then you have another worker "help me" when she clearly was not able to. I left a very unsatisfied customer with no solution to my problem.

Customers service sucks there, they’re crooks n dishonest , how they gonna charge senior citizens a surcharge of $5 to process payment in the store

The reps at this store are amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I’m a recent switcher from Verizon. If you’re switching DO NOT USE THE CHAT OR PHONE REPS. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. ALL MY LINES AND PLANS WERE SCREWED UP AND THIS LOCAL STORE HAD TO STRAIGHTEN IT ALL OUT.Go to this store if you’re switching from another carrier. The chat people try to help and but they do not have the knowledge or overall understanding to be effective. Also my reimbursement was ready and the phone reps didn’t know anything on how to redeem it. I went to this store and in under a minute, my reimbursement was in my hand.I’d give this shop 10 stars.

Went in to get a new iPhone for my son and walked out with the Samsung 6 Classic watch for me. The sales rep was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful during each part of the process and explained everything she was doing to make sure we got the best value for the money.
