I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this store. Many essential products are locked behind cases, and getting assistance to access them is a frustrating, time-consuming ordeal. I shop here at least twice a week, yet I’m consistently forced to wait 20 to 40 minutes just to get help unlocking an item that I’m paying for. This is not a free giveaway — I’m a loyal, paying customer, and I shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience.
When I press the call button, the response is not only slow but also disrespectful. The employees often act with a clear lack of empathy and even a sense of entitlement, as if they’re doing me a favor just by showing up. There's no urgency, no courtesy — just cold, dismissive attitudes that make an already frustrating experience even worse.
It’s honestly gotten to the point where I’m considering taking my business elsewhere entirely, or just ordering online where I don’t have to deal with the poor treatment. As a regular customer, I expect at least a basic level of respect and service — not to be ignored, talked down to, or made to feel like a burden.
I understand the need for security, but it should never come at the cost of treating customers like second-class citizens. The lack of respect and customer care here is unacceptable.

Why would you even sell Baby Formula if you have it locked up and no one with a key will show up after +20 min ringing the sensor…???? Can you make it make sense? Have someone to do their job or stop selling Baby Formula if you don’t want to help your customers. And to top it off Every time you ask any employee? They will say they don’t know or they don’t have a key… sending you all over the store hunting for an employee with bad attitude and NO KEY. I swear if there was another place to get my babies food, I’ll never step foot here again… sadly this is my only and impossible option. Shame on you!

If you order an item for in store pickup, just know that the employees will take it for themselves before you get there.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received today at your Westbury, NY location.
I went to the store to purchase Enfamil ready-to-feed formula for my baby. As the formula is kept in a locked shelf, I rang the bell to request assistance. I waited over 30 minutes, but no one came to help.
During that time, I personally approached three different employees. One told me she didn’t have the key, and the other two claimed they didn’t work in that department and simply walked away without offering any further help. I walked around the store three times looking for someone who could assist me, but no one did.
This experience was extremely frustrating, especially considering that I was trying to purchase essential food for my baby. I ended up leaving the store without the product I needed.
Target is known for customer service, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope this issue is taken seriously, and I urge you to ensure that all departments are properly staffed and trained to assist customers in a timely and responsible manner.

I always come to this target but today I had a bad experience with this cashier. She’s may be in her 40 with braids and glasses. She was so rude. I didn’t wanna put my towels on the band because it looked really dirty and wet and this person with a nasty attitude was obligating me to put it there when I didn’t if you’re having a bad day just call out managers. 5 minutes shopping, HALF AN HOUR waiting in line ????
Of course, all managers in hiding
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER
I’ve gotten used to never being able to reach what I want because stock carts are everywhere and employees are too busy checking phones to Move
Um, customer service? Look into it

As always, the return process at Target was quick & easy. Although I had 2 separate returns, (as my purchases were made with 2 different forms of payment), The “target team member” was extremely friendly, patient and helpful. I LOVE that I never have to stress over dealing with a return at target, even when I can’t find my purchase receipt.
The ONLY time that I EVER dread the return process at Target, is after the Christmas holiday. But, that is the same everywhere, and even then, Target is STILL less of a hassle than other retailers!
Well Done, once again, Target!

I was just followed by a dude in a truck on my way over to this location killing time while having my car serviced. Everyone I encountered there was helpful and kind, and when I mentioned it to the girl at the returns counter she got the security manager, who made sure I was escorted out of the building and parking lot. I’m kicking myself for not getting all of their names, but I’m so grateful that they helped me feel safe again. The man who walked me out was named Ikay I think. He was sweet and professional.
