I think Total Wine is a nice place but the cashier I dealt with should not be dealing with people. A short, red-haired woman rudely says to me “I need an id and another one for her” talking about my sister who was running errands with me. I understand now that their policy is you and your party need to both be 21. I have been here with my mother multiple times and have never been proofed. I was in fact not buying it for her but I understand why it may have looked like that. My issue was with the cashier that was ringing me up. She was extremely rude and should not have a job when dealing with people. I have never come across someone so rude in my life! I felt that she had it out for me the second I stepped on the line. She was glaring at me and didn’t even say hello. It almost felt as if she wanted to rub it in my face that she could not sell the bottle of liquor to me. It makes me not want to spend money here, even if the prices are good…

This place has everything you could possibly want in the way of alcoholic beverages. Prices are good and selections are amazing. Wife and I make a special field trip here from Suffolk County to stock up.

Went in with my friends, all over 21, only to be treated like children by the staff, who were very unprofessional and rude. Never had a positive shopping experience at this store.
