“I’ve been bringing my truck to Pat at Dial Transmission for years, and he’s always been the guy I trust when something goes wrong. From rebuilding my transmission to helping diagnose and fix other ongoing problems, he’s consistently gone above and beyond for me. He fully rebuilt the transmission a couple years ago. Fixed something else under warranty, reprogrammed it, did whatever it took to make it perfect.
Before I left on a cross-country road trip, Pat made sure my truck was completely sorted out and road-ready, even helping me right up until the last minute before I left. That really showed me how much he cares about his customers and the quality of his work.
Good mechanics are hard to come by, but finding one that’s honest, dependable, and actually takes pride in what they do is even harder. Pat is one of those people. I wouldn’t trust my truck with anyone else.

The craftsmanship and the detail of work is by far top notch. Josh is a Master at welding. I have never seen cleaner welds then at this shop. My Q50 had multiple things done to it at different times at the shop and I was so impressed each time I picked her up. The service and professionalism they show each customer is amazing.. “Excellent service! I had a flat tire with a torn sidewall and couldn’t safely drive my car. I walked to the shop, and by the time I arrived, they had already prepared the new tire. After I paid, one of the employees drove me back to my car and installed the tire there. This saved me a lot of time and also saved me from paying about $200 for a tow truck.
They were honest and told me I didn’t need a wheel alignment, so they didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend this shop!”

But Mike, who runs Z Motors, is a genuinely good person.My son was lucky enough to break down in his old RAV4 nearby, on the Southern State, and what might have been a nightmarish experience turned into a positive one due to Mike. He diagnosed a bad alternator and had a new one in within a day, charging exactly what my long-time local guy would have. “As a DIY hobbyist mechanic, I tend to do most auto repairs and maintenance at home myself. However, there are some services that require either specialized tools or precision, in which case taking it to a good shop is preferable. Naturally, I wanted to bring my car to honest mechanics, and based on the Google reviews I decided to give Tire Town Tire Pros a shot.
Lal was great. He did a phenomenal job with my wheel alignment, and even took the time to make sure that there wasn't any damage to my wheel and axle from a previous fender bender (in which case an alignment wouldn't do squat.)
Levy was another mechanic that I had the pleasure of chatting with. He offered me some tips to keep my 25-year-old car in good shape.
The labor for the wheel alignment was priced reasonably. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service here and I would highly recommend this shop.”
“First time ever owning or driving a previously owned car 2015 at that. Had it only two months and I was driving home one day luckily close by to Olypos Auto Center when my car wasn’t accelerating and I saw smoke. I immediately pulled in to Olypos and met with Mike. I was nervous scared panicked and he immediately calmed me down and assured me he would help me. That is exactly what he did and I was able to pick up my car the next day in fact. He explained every issue and reassured me with the minor adjustments my car would be reliable and last me a while. He was very polite and caring made me feel very comfortable and he gave me a really good price as well. I would definitely recommend Olympos Auto Center they are in Mineola,NY off Emory Rd.”

I recently had new tires installed and the dealer could not balance them even after 2 additional attempts. Took it to Tal's. Not only did he balance the tires, he showed me the machine and how bad each tire was out of balance before he re-balanced them.”
