Customer service was very great! When i went inside of the Walgreens, I was greeted by Leslie. I felt so welcomed, she helped me find everything I needed in the vitamin aisle. She directed me to everything else that I needed, as well as ringing me out at the register.

Terrible service, there’s a girl who I think she hates peoples, her face is “ ready to bite you”, but theirs is a guy “ jonathan “. He deserves to be the manager , always ready to help you.

I walked into Walgreen to drop off a fedex package and was greeted by the manager Jonathan.He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and a problem solver.Jonathan went above and beyond helping me print the out the fedex label from my phone.I use to shopped many Walgreen locations and stopped for several reasons.But I will return again because the service I received from Jonathan today.Wish more people are like him.Thank you Jonathan!God bless you for all you do!

Leslie (I believe a manager at this location) did everything she could to assist me for a matter despite the circumstances and things completely out of her hands. She showed me compassion and kindness during one of hardest times in my life. She is hands down the greatest individual& employee I have met at a Walgreens in my entire life. When someone decides to show you compassion in a moment that they have no control over due to protocols … instead of dismissing you… even if the specific concern was not resolved; what Leslie did during that moment impacted me tremendously. I am very grateful for her & there was another employee who was working at that time as the cashier who also was extremely amazing.Thank you so much to those ladies & I hope Walgreens understands the value both of you add to their store. Because you both are one of a kind.

To avoid the constant irritation using Express Scripts, I switched all meds I get from Wxpress scripts to Walgreens. Coming back from my primary doc appointment, I got a call that it was filled. Yay! The only thing, they don't seem to be interested in greeting you when you walk in. At my Rite Aid, I use for antibiotics sent from the doctor, the Pharmacist. People who walk behind the counter, at the register, all greet you. When you're stressed, it's a nice feeling.

I've been using Walgreens lately to print photos and graphics for events that I host and I've found their Westbury location to be the best thus far. Their staff is super fast and their quality is top notch. I love how they are constantly providing promo offers for up to 50% prints, which comes in handy for some amazing savings! As someone who used to work at a competing store when I was younger, I have to say that I am very impressed by both their quality and consistency.

Just changed pharmacy hours. Closed for 1/2 hour lunch and closed all day on Saturday and Sunday . Very disappointing. A pharmacy is an emergency stop.

Staying at a hotel just around the corner and came here for a couple over the counter items, ice and adult beverages. Despite being well over 50 and looking every bit of it, they won't let you buy alcohol without a NY ID. Apparently Walgreens isn't aware that the greater NYC area is a place where people from all over the country (and world) travel to. (I had a valid state ID from another state, but it wasn't acceptable).

I have had the worse experience ever , I had surgery I needed my medicine I called to make sure how long it would take for my medication to be ready the said 30 minutes I gave them one hour came back they said another 30 minutes went back in the car waited she said they are busy and it will take another half an hour she lying to my face saying one medication needs more time when we gave you plenty of time she’s telling everyone come back 30 minutes worse experience ever the person on the counter doesn’t know how to do her job she ran away when I was questioning her lies totally unprofessional

I asked the manager to open the bathroom (they always close it) for my daughter (3 years old ) but she replied with a rude way the bathroom is not available.
