Today I called in for a refill and had the pleasure of speaking with Aruba. He was so pleasant and provided me with exemplary customer service. He had me wait on the line to make sure my prescription was processed. It is so refreshing to speak with such a kind individual during this pandemic. It appears that everyone is on edge; But when I encounter and individual such as Aruba, it just makes my day. Thank you for providing excellent customer service Aruba!

I find it a comedy how this store is still in bussiness. I asked several employees where an item was, and instead of saying they werent sure they said we dont carry Keurig coffee refills, or Kuerig anything LML . 7 employees later I gave up asking these special souls. WHY ISNT THE COFFEE IN THE COFFEE AISLE?? Finally after asking 7 people who work at walmart I find that some knuckleheads put the kuerig coffee boxes in the aisle where all the plates and cups and cutlery is. The only positive about the store is that its clean, that's why I put a star for.

You doesn’t even worth one star , I tried to talk with them about an item purchase, they kept me online for 2hr keep on answering and they kept telling me to hold on and put me on hold, instead of trying to solve the problem . I don’t blame the store I blame the person that are working there , if you can’t do your work please leave it to someone else , there is plenty of people that need a job , and can do it better.

My bf and I each transferred prescriptions here bc it's the cheapest place to get our medications (heads up- the GoodRx app is awesome). We called in advance to order them, gave all info over the phone. Everything seemed great. We even called ahead to make sure everything was ready to avoid a delay, since we were on a time crunch. A nice man on the phone helped both times. When we got to the pharmacy, we were told one of mine wasn't ready bc it was the wrong medication that they ordered and they would have let me know but I "gave them the wrong phone number" so they couldn't reach me. (ARE YOU KIDDING?) So they called and got it straightened out but then they had to enter in all my discount card stuff again and it took about 10 times longer than it should. What a disappointment. Not once did they apologize for the atrocious customer service experience I was having or for the terrible job done by the man I spoke to on the phone. One star for the cheap prices.

well set up and maintained items but the worker behind the pharmacy counter couldn't tell me were a OTC item was located i would have assumed they would know had to end up looking for a non pharmacy employee

More often then not they don't have my prescription in stock and I have to wait till it's in. Also they shut down the pharmacy from 1:30 pm to 2:00pm. What other pharmacy does that.

They don't honor their return express lines at this location for online purchases. Said they don't participate in this feature despite there's signs and everything.

AVOID. I came here last week to pick up a few things for dinner and I could not even GET INTO THE PARKING LOT! Was it was some weird emergency situation ? Did a GIGANTIC free concert just let out featuring the members of Kiss, the Beatles, Nirvana and Queen ? Nope! it was just a basic non-weekend nothing-special afternoon !! EVERY single parking spot was FILLED!! And it's a huge a** parking lot!! LOL. Did every single customer drive 3 cars here ? HUGE what-the-f**k is going on?! So I had to pick up my stuff from the shitty Freeport Target (rather Target Express) and pay MUCH more that at WalMart. Folks-- Long Island is filled to capacity: NO MORE ROOM. Go to Arizona or New Mexico to live.

I had to stop here on the way home for essentials aka toilet paper, tissues, etc. I hate shopping here. Its always packed to the gills with nasty people who do not understand personal space and bring their entire clan of 10 to shop for s*** and block every aisle and don't move and God forbid you ask them to they give you the stink eye. And speaking of that they all smell like s**** I finally got my stuff and hey great not ONE cashier is open. NOT one. SO I do do the self checkout. Which has a line out the door. No joke. WTF man. You can't hire people to work the cash registers. Instead you have some poor old man directing traffic and looking like he is miserable. It was awful. I couldn't wait to get out of there and wash the stink off me. Hate this f****** store.

This place is a zoo. The parking lot is always crazy packed and the employees are clueless. They are open fairly late though and if you are venturing in after 10 pm, it becomes more of a normal store although I do notice they put their C team late at night.

I came here to get some steaks and behold. There is no meat or produce section. I blame myself for not checking first but I just assumed they would have it. They only have frozen and boxed/packaged groceries. So sad.
