What a complete disaster this location is To start with when you walk in your greeted with a terrible smell that you can't identify and the store was so crowded , people sitting in random spots blocking your cart from going through the aisles , the workers either A) barely spoke English or B) didn't know where anything you were looking for was . There were spills on the floor from people being careless , people eating around the cashier areas , people blocking aisles with there shopping carts while they walk away from it looking at other stuff , there's no clear signs or even direction of where anything is , everything is kinda bundled together in this weird formation and you literally have to walk around to every aisle looking for stuff. The only reason they got a 2 star is because there prices are very cheap and I didn't wait on line very long which is always a plus ... but the cashier wasn't friendly or even smiled . Every worker there seems run down and just emotionally broken. Going forward I'm ordering on line I don't think I can stomach going to this location again!

I am grateful for the few associates here for their kind assistance but it's a huge let down to check out with angry cashiers. I am out for the count, I will go shop where I don't feel abused by horrible attitude.

Even though the valley stream walmart is closer to me, I prefer going to this one. It's a lot less crowded, with basically the same stuff (minus the deli/meat/and produce departments). The staff is always super helpful, they go out of the way to help me find what I'm looking for. They've even checked the stock in the back on several occasions for me. The lines, although, long, go by quickly. It's also, super close to many other stores like Off the 5th, Target, the container store, and Trader Joe's. There's also a Subway sandwich shop in this store, if you get hungry. And the pharmacy never has a long line, so if you need prescriptions, they get filled pretty quick here. Good prices, and not packed, I'll take it.

This might be the closest Walmart to my home in Queens! When we come here, our wallets are empty! The kids toy section is HUGE that's why hahaha They have almost every toy character you can think of!!! Noooo, I'm just kidding, we don't go all out and let our kids buy the entire store of toys. We set limits and only let them choose a few. I really like their customer service and return policy. I went early morning right when they opened to return an item and it was easy breezy to my surprise because something always goes wrong when I do returns. But nope, it was absolutely smooth sailing for me. I had no problem. It was in and out! I didn't even need to show the credit card and they credited right back into the card! We bought a bicycle for our daughter here. I really like the fact that they have various bikes for kids to try before buying. It's very helpful!! Moms: Get out before the kids put all their favorite toys in the shopping carts lol

I definitely like this Walmart when compared to other locations in NYC (well there's not many). Parking is ample here and the major parking lot is shared with other vendors as well located within the shopping plaza. It is definitely smaller than the Walmart in valley stream but overall has everything that I need. I definitely avoid shopping during the day and rush hours. Rush hours can be overwhelming as I have noticed there's barely any space inside to walk around and I hate waiting on lines to purchase just 2 items. Best to go around 9pm as they close at 12am or before 1pm. Cleanliness depends as sometimes everything is nicely stacked in each aisle and then on crazy days the shelves are empty with merchandise on the floor. But overall it's fairly decent! If you are hungry help yourself to some Subway sandwich which is located next to customer service center (closes at 10pm). Plenty of self checkout stations as well in the same vicinity. There's frozen food but no fresh fruits and vegetables. Employees: depends again on whom you encounter as I have dealt with rude and super sweet ones. Not a huge store therefore easy to navigate.

Visited this Walmart for the first time a few days ago. Typical Walmart but when compared to the location in valley stream it is much more welcoming. Less of a crowd, much more friendly crowd, with less congestion. I prefer this Walmart over valley stream. Check out lines move entirely to slowly, and I was in the express check out, 20 items or less. I was in line for 15 minutes and there was five customers ahead of me...:all other check out lines were congested as expected with shopping carts full of groceries. They should find a way to streamline their check out process, express should be express. Parking lot is shared, didn't have to much of an issue finding parking in nearly in front of Walmart.

I literally come into the store to pick up one item probably once a week and other things. They decided to lock that one item behind glass shelves. It took me 30 minutes to get no help and no one in the store has a key for those shelves. Never coming back.

Walmart usually has the best prices for their items. Have come here several times, is usually crowded and the clientel is always interesting to say the least. When looking for assistances it's always different, I guess it depends on who you ask. I always try to be nice and considerate to the workers because who knows how the management treat them or other customers, and I ususally get a positive reponse. One time we came here to do a return and it went fairly smooth, it was during the week and in the evening so it wasn't too crowded and I was polite to the staff. So when shopping at Walmart, try to be considerate of the workers who knows what they have to endure on a daily basis and there may be a better response. They do have some of the best prices so Walmart will be around for a while.

Walmart's in NY are not the same as the ones in other states... All they sale is frozen food, expire wines and no warm food or fruits at all. It's not even spacious and barely has the stuffs you are looking for. Customer service is the worst!!! Workers are so rude and not friendly at all. Now they implement the "self check out" so lines are getting longer because if there's an error while you scan you gotta wait until a worker comes and fix it, and that takes them at least 10 minutes...

AVOID. I came here last week to pick up a few things for dinner and I could not even GET INTO THE PARKING LOT! Was it was some weird emergency situation ? Did a GIGANTIC free concert just let out featuring the members of Kiss, the Beatles, Nirvana and Queen ? Nope! it was just a basic non-weekend nothing-special afternoon !! EVERY single parking spot was FILLED!! And it's a huge a** parking lot!! LOL. Did every single customer drive 3 cars here ? HUGE what-the-f**k is going on?! So I had to pick up my stuff from the shitty Freeport Target (rather Target Express) and pay MUCH more that at WalMart. Folks-- Long Island is filled to capacity: NO MORE ROOM. Go to Arizona or New Mexico to live.

I had to stop here on the way home for essentials aka toilet paper, tissues, etc. I hate shopping here. Its always packed to the gills with nasty people who do not understand personal space and bring their entire clan of 10 to shop for s*** and block every aisle and don't move and God forbid you ask them to they give you the stink eye. And speaking of that they all smell like s**** I finally got my stuff and hey great not ONE cashier is open. NOT one. SO I do do the self checkout. Which has a line out the door. No joke. WTF man. You can't hire people to work the cash registers. Instead you have some poor old man directing traffic and looking like he is miserable. It was awful. I couldn't wait to get out of there and wash the stink off me. Hate this f****** store.

This place is a zoo. The parking lot is always crazy packed and the employees are clueless. They are open fairly late though and if you are venturing in after 10 pm, it becomes more of a normal store although I do notice they put their C team late at night.
