Pharmacist with braids was very rude to my mother and kept asking her if she spoke english when clearly she isn't fluent. She kept turning away and when she spoke she said that it was the wrong pharmacy and that there was no prescription there for her even after my mom gave her the paper and insurance. But once i returned and asked, she said the prescription was ready. I don't understand what the issue was initially.

I have been using this rite aid for years. I moved to the other side of town but because of Justin and Alan and the entire pharmacy staff, It would take a whole other county for me to switch. They go above and beyond for me and my family. The are kind, knowledgeable and have helped me countless times when I needed them. Never leave us.

Rudest employees. Especially the bald cashier. Just go to CVS down the block. Or the Walgreens on Old Country Road.

Rite Aid is far inferior to the other drugstores. Every time I go in, the checkout screen shows that I have $13 of plenti points, but never lets me use them Since the program is getting discontinued they are useless to me. What kind of loyalty program is that? The cashier always tells me to call plenti, which I have done several times. Each time they say there's no record of my account, which is strange since I obviously have one. I've even tried calling plenti from inside the rite aid, in front of the cashier. They are totally unhelpful and don't even try to get a manager to help out or give the Rite Aid wellness program number.
