My packages never arrive on time and have been left in snow banks multiple times or even left sitting next to the mail box when it could have easily fit inside of it.

Terrible service always losing packages and they never know where anything is and god forbid if you disagree with them about your package being there (when they are saying it’s not) they get very rude and nasty
