Non responsive. My pet ended care. and I called and left a detailed message containing what was wrong and my contact number. My call was not returned. This happened twice.Why have an answering machine when it is essentially just a paper weight?

Had an 8yr old female develop canine diabetes... if not for the great staff at Village Veterinary... she likely would not have made it through the day .They've been great with all my dogs
