“The cashiers are super nice and this place has everything ranged from $1 to $99. It's my quick stop shopping place for most of the items I need especially last minute ones. They open at a decent time (8am-8pm) but if you come earlier, they might let you in while they're settling down. I was very excited when it opened because we needed one in the neighborhood. “This place has been here for a couple decades. They are always pleasant and welcoming. They carry a variety of household necessities, decorations, small appliances, undergarments, personal hygiene products, toys and gift items. They even have some beautiful plants. They have clothing and house shoes. There's honestly too much to list here. You have to check your bags in but don't be offended, so many stores in the area have had to close due to incessant shoplifting.”
“Everytime I come into this store there is hardly anything stocked. But whenever I’m lucky enough to find what I need, I always go to my favorite cashier, Valerie..(curly hair, and glasses). Lines are very long and they move fast or slow. So do not let the lines stop you. If you go to this store it's best if you go when it's not too crowded/busy/ the line is up to the back of the store.
If you are just looking at stuff in the store please do not touch anything... It's best during day if possible. If it's at night before they close, not around the closing time...
Not too busy and able to get what you needed and get out in about 5 minutes or more. It might be more than a while when it gets really busy, a line at the front of the store
Please make sure to have the receipt.

At the cashiers when it's paying it's saying hello... They scan items and let the customers know the total and mention enjoy your day, have a nice day... something similar is said sometimes or not”

“This was my first time at this location, however it will not be my last!!! I came just to purchase some hand sanitizer and placemats,so why did I leave the store with a filled with 45$ worth of merchandise ??♀️??!!!!
Because this location was clean, organized,and well stocked. The atmosphere created in this place is so calming,I found myself conversing and laughing with other customers,most people were courteous.
The staff members were pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable of and where items were located,and either directed to the correct aisle or took you there themselves!
Shout-out to the beautiful and lovely spirited Latoya ? who assisted me in the aisle while she was stocking shelves,then also as my cashier what a dear heart...
The lines were long however the cashiers made sure the lines moved quickly and orderly!
I highly recommend this location 10/10”

“Came in for “just a few balloons” and somehow left looking like I was hosting a child’s birthday, a gender reveal, AND a bachelorette party all at once. The balloons were bright, high quality, and survived the car ride home (which is impressive because I drive like I’m in Fast & Furious). 10/10 would get emotionally attached to balloons again.”

“This 99 cent is best the in central ave. The guys that work there are very professional and kind. There was an older woman there who started following me and my family around the store knowing not knowing are regular customers. ( guess she was new cause I never seen her before ) We always shop there for bubble wrap for my business or detergent since our laundromat is right next door from it. But other than that it’s very organized. I like it there. Small but have everything you need”

“Dollar Fortune is an amazing find in Union City! This is a great store where you can find everything you need for your home, from small tools and lightbulbs to kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and linens.
It's a cheap store, and the quality is very good, especially for the price. The woman at the counter is very nice, and even though she only speaks Spanish, it's easy to communicate with her. It's worth a visit if you need something for your home.”

“This particular store at Westgate is always emmaculate!! They have the nicest manager, his name is Dennis. He's great!!! He knows everything about the store and he's hilarious!!! There's the cutest little cashier named Ryan who is always very helpful and another cashier named Justice who always has a smile for me. They're a great group of people!
The store has a wide selection of items that you would need for anything you can think of. I recently started buying random oddly shaped baskets for organizing my home. They really have everything. And the prices are mostly great. I do love this store!!”
