I recently visited CVS Pharmacy at 87 Sunset Ave in Westhampton Beach and had a generally positive experience. The store is conveniently located and offers a wide range of products, from over-the-counter medications to personal care items.
Pharmacy Services:
The pharmacy staff was professional and efficient. I was able to pick up my prescription without any issues, and the process was relatively quick. It's worth noting that the pharmacy is closed for lunch from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM, so plan accordingly if you need to pick up during that time.
Store Layout & Cleanliness:
The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The aisles are clearly labeled, and the shelves are stocked with a variety of products. The overall cleanliness of the store was satisfactory.
Customer Service:
The staff was courteous and helpful. While I didn't require much assistance, the employees I interacted with were attentive and ensured that my needs were met.
Additional Services:
CVS offers various services at this location, including photo printing, vaccine administration (such as flu and COVID-19 shots), and prescription delivery. They also accept WIC and provide access to ATMs inside the store.

CVS is bright, modern, with lots of products and a nice staff, but THE most expensive drug store chain! So much more than other places for the same things. Shame on them; way too greedy.

Multiple times although I have researched and told them my 2 prescriptions must be from a verified vegan pharmacy, they have filled them from a random unverified pharmacy. Even though my records specify where they must be filled from. I'm about to leave this pharmacy so I so not die from an allergic reaction that they apparently don't care about.

Great CVS Pharmacy experience! This team rocks! They resolved an rx insurance coverage refusal by Fidelis & found a way to save us $1600.00 for a rx for a family member. They were empathetic & executed amazing custom service! So grateful & impressed!

CVS Pharmacy screws me too often. I take many life-or-death medications from them. I only use CVS Pharmacy because my insurance does not cover me under a different pharmacy. I had a liver transplant, so my body could kill my liver without medication, yet CVS Pharmacy has sent me my meds 1-2 days late many times in the past. They did the same for my epilepsy medications. I could have had a bad, deadly seizure one of the several times that they were out of my medication! Also, CVS pharmacy screwed my mother over three times, one being late for medications when she was suffering bad from COVID. Many times they cancel my shot date the last minute. All of my friends and family also hate CVS Pharmacy. I will force my insurance to cover me under any other pharmacy besides CVS, because ever since 1995 I have used several different pharmacies (when covered under those) and never had a problem.

Essentially, this pharmacy is what you come to expect from a CVS Pharmacy. They have all of the goods and items you come to expect. The store is neat and well kept and the employees are helpful. When you are away from home, it is always good to have a place you are accustomed to when you forget an item you need.

Avoid this pharmacy! The doctor tried to call in my Rx, he told me the pharmacist placed him on hold as I am looking at her she is just not picking up the phone. Very unprofessional. Went to Walgreens instead.
