This is the best thrift shop I've ever been in. It is a regular stop for my friends and me whenever we are in the Hamptons. Beautiful merchandise, unbelievable prices, lovely staff, neat and organized store, good cause - love it!

I've been shopping here for about 7 years. It's a very nice store with great people working there, and of course it goes to a good cause. I will say that since they renovated it, the prices have gone up. You can get good deals, especially if you happen to arrive when a good furniture donation is coming through the back and snag it first. This tends to happen more in the off season. In July and August there is more competition in that sense. I actually preferred it before the renovation, when things were a bit more haphazard and crowded but cheaper. It was fun to dig and find good deals. Now a lot of items are quite expensive for a thrift shop. They have 50% off days, but even then items aren't the deals they used to be. There is a set of decorative plates in one part of the shop that have been there since May. No one has bought them, which is a sign that they should really be marked down, but they haven't been. I will still visit the store, but I seem to be finding better deals further east and west.

Never know what you will find there. Love the housewares. I have found some excellent patio serving pieces and great holiday ware. I have bought some beautiful luxury brand clothing at thrift prices. They have increased their furniture inventory in recent years and I highly recommend checking it out before paying retail. Usually very well made pieces. I find the store to be nicely staged. The people working there are always friendly and helpful. The perfect place for those of us that love thrifting!

Not a thrift shop. This is an antique store/high-end consignment shop masquerading as a thrift shop. $10 basic housewares that would be 3 for $5 at Savers, $20 for framed prints, it is ridiculous. I know this area is home to a lot of people who have more money than they know what to do with, but this store even calling Itself a thrift shop is a slap in the face to anyone who earns less than $80k a year. Thrift shops are meant for people who need to save money for food and rent; if you are one of those people, don't bother coming here. This store is not for us, it's for rich people who just got bored of shopping at Macy's. Owners should honestly be ashamed of themselves for even calling this a thrift shop.

They sell stuff that doesn't work and don't let you refund it so you just waste your money

Low-key, zero attitude, socially distant - wide selection of merchandise and it's for a good cause. There's attire at the East End Hospice Thrift Shop for the office gig so that you can save for the item you must purchase from the company store in order to keep the gig. Most dispatchers are going to send the help out quite a ways away from your house; which you are not going to like - and the supervisors are not going to let you work remotely until you have your own office or flat. The prices here will help you do this without looking out of place at the medium-sized or small business firm. This is where the people who actually have to work at the office once in a while go to shop for something for themselves. Some of the local video production companies also purchase their interior decor items and furniture from this lovely shop.

I had a few furniture items in good used condition (dining room chairs, living room chair and a platform queen bed frame). I called and asked about their hours and if they were taking furniture donations and was told to bring it to the back of the store and someone would meet me. We drove over from Riverhead and when we got there we're told that they only take furniture with photos first. I stated that I had called and what I was told. I was, essentially, called a liar because "no one would say that". They told us our donation wasn't up to their quality because "no one would buy that". I am absolutely appalled by the manner in which we were treated and talked to. I was so happy to be able to donate to a company that did so much for my grandparents at the end of their time; however, I would NOT recommend this store. Completely disappointing experience.
