I started driving my car this morning (a Saturday) and heard a terrible screeching sound. I drove my car to Excellence Automotive, and the tech there diagnosed and fixed the problem (a piece of gravel stuck in the wheel) within less than 10 minutes. Fantastic service. Recommend strongly.

I got a two star wash, dirt left over, finger prints that were not mine. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and great to speak to so I added a star for that. ALSO main reason I stopped is because I prefer a hand wash but this was machine. Pretty misleading. I am certain that I would never return.

Rude management, not the same as previous owner. They bark at any questions and hide in office. Some of old staff that clean the cars, are still there and are hard working and aim to please.
