Betsy and Dom are absolutely amazing. They took care of my wife and her friends for our wedding. We have been at the Brooklyn's and Westhampton location. I'm upset they don't sell men's clothing. Couldn't be happier, they have been around almost 50 years

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this store. I bought a dress for my daughter's wedding. They COMPLETELY messed up the alterations. I had to pay over $1000 to another seamstress to fix their mistakes. When I brought this to their attention they simply got angry/upset. I paid for my dress up front. Silly me trusting them. Better quality and customer service is available elsewhere.

the worst customer service. Stay far away. Alteration work poor. Can't complete the simple things on time or properly. I had a terrible experience and do not suggest this place.

3.5 The most high-end shop in WHB. Despite my less-than-ideal appearance that day, I was greated warmly which was nice. Decent selection given the size of the shop. I think some of the salespeople should brush up on their designer IQ if they're going to quiz the customers....just sayin.
