I signed my contract for storage @ metro self storage in Westhampton Beach, NY today. On a scale of one to five with five being excellent my rating is 25. The customer service is excellent particularly the help. I got today in completing the contract, being taken to my storage unit, showing me how to use the lock and how to enter the building when the office is closed. Bidya Was helpful today. Her customer service is some of the best service I’ve received. It’s so nice to know that when I’m out of the country things that are important to me are in a lovely safe facility and if you have questions about this facility call and if you talk to Bidya I can assure you that you will be in good hands. And I want to add that when I first came to see the unit about 10 days ago Michael was also extremely helpful.

Michael has been EXTREMELY helpful both in guiding me through the process as well as managing my need for the proper unit (s).
Had a very pressing, urgent move out scenario due to a conflict in timing with transition logistics for new place in Westhampton.
Michael was cool as could be, friendly, knowledgeable yet not at all pushy or overbearing. He "gets it" as the saying goes.
He made everything really much easier than it could've been which was relieving after the multitude of actions, steps to make the move sensible.
Still working thru it but can see the proverbial "Light at the end of the tunnel" !!
