This was after I spoke with Petco's customer service numerous times and received no help at all. Holly got it done! On a previous occasion I spoke with a lovely salesperson named Cheyanne. She too was a pleasure to speak with.”

“I’m not one to write reviews but this one I felt compelled to. Neptune has been in business a long time, being a long time customer, they go above and beyond for customers, the guys that work there are very helpful, and Jen ?always gets my orders done promptly and is very kind, i recently experienced an issue I did not expect Lyndsey to be so understanding of, and I take full responsibility for not addressing the issue much earlier, Lyndsey was beyond fair and was understanding of the situation and resolved it. I am grateful to her for being who she is, honest kind and is committed to maintaining professional customer relationships, I’d like to thank her husband Tyler who on more than one occasion can often be found helping customers and his input was very helpful, some of us are not big barns that make huge purchases, and I feel Lyndsey had never lost sight of us little back yard customers she cares about as much as the big barns. EVERY customer is important to her and I value and respect that so much. Thank you Neptune for delivering the BEST service to all of us that depend on your expertise, prompt deliveries and the best customer service. “Visited this shop from out of town after finding myself in urgent need of a tick shampoo for my dog. The staff member (Sat May 9) immediately pointed me to the right products, shared some thoughts on effectiveness, and was genuinely so wonderful. The store was well stocked but so helpful to have the right people working there to make shopping easy for a stressed pet owner!”
“Petco is Petco, that's where the pets go. This is the only place that happens to sell my dog's food. Expensive but worth it to watch your dog eat her food and enjoy it. Science diet is the best ?”
“Had such a great shopping experience today with Pete!!! He helped me and my mom by lifting a large Blackstone grill (not just the one on the top - she wanted the one that was 3 boxes down). He was so kind, making sure we had the right cart & helping to entertain my daughter. When we checked out, Pete bought my daughter a little stuffed horse that she absolutely loved and then he helped us lift the grill (and of the other stuff we bought) into the car and then took both our carts back for us. We tried to give him a tip and he wouldn't accept it. What an extremely kind, helpful human - he absolutely made our day!”
“My miniature pincher was suffering with allergies & an ear infection. My regular vet could not see her for two weeks even after I begged my vet to see her immediately. My neighbor told me how great Vetco is so I gave them a call & they immediately gave me an appointment for the next morning. Dr. Carroccia & her entire staff were excellent. Professional, knowledgeable & caring. I highly recommend them for all your pets.”

“Florence and her family are amazing! I always feel confident when my dog is in their care. My dog takes medication’s twice per day and she is meticulous about making sure that everything gets done. I love that she sends me little videos when they are out walking! If there are ever any questions she reaches out right away. My dog is very comfortable with Florence and her husband and daughter! She is meticulous about making sure the scheduling is correct and always confirms and reconfirms. I cannot say enough about this wonderful pet-sitter!”
