“Delightful, diligent, accommodating, and reasonably priced! The folks at the West Hampton facility are always reachable and take all the time needing in answering my questions. They also stuck around past closing time to help me check in. I’m particularly appreciative because my past experience with a few other storage facilities left me feeling as though my business was an inconvenience. I appreciate the folks and facilities at West Hampton Prime Storage.”
“First time customer. Spoke to April on the phone & she was fantastic. Told me to go to the location & Mary will set me up and she did. Mary directed me to the right location, she helped me set up the lock and she was incredibly kind and supportive. I recommend this Extra Space Storage to all. Ask fur April when you call & Mary when you come in.”
“I cannot recommend this storage facility enough. I switched to this one because of better pricing and I couldn’t be happier. Every time I have needed customer service of any kind from answering questions over the phone to changing my lock because of a lost key, Patrick has been there to help. He is always so friendly and helpful. If you need a storage unit this is the place to go!!!”
“Very pleased with my experience at cube smart self storage in riverhead. Louis made it a very quick and easy intake process following up with me from the beginning to end and pricing for storage unit very reasonable.”
“Excellent service, they made everything quick and easy. Got to drive one of their brand new Transit Vans which was very nice. I will certainly be using their services again.”
“My husband & I have trusted Self Storage of Quogue with our personal items for 10 years now! They have always been on top of anything we should need & have help for. Our payments are posted like clockwork, never worrying about the billing . The business staff is kind & helpful....we will continue to use them as long as we need to keep our items in storage. We highly recommend using them if you need storage,”
“I rented a temperature controlled space for the past year from Westhampton Self Storage to store my furniture while working through a major renovation of our home. The process was painless, straightforward and both Michael and Bidya were very helpful from start to finish. The facility is super clean and I had access to my secure unit at any time.”
“Went here to rent a u-haul motorcycle trailer. For the day it only cost $16. Great way to get brush off of your property to bring to the landfill who takes it for free.”
“We had a great experience doing a cross country move. We used two large pods. (4 bedroom home) Pods were very well priced. We never had any 'upcharging' or additional charges within our contract. We watched some Youtube Videos on pointers of how to stack items and use bungie cords or straps. We had ZERO broken items, ZERO! Pods stayed in contact with us 100% of the time through their website login, texting, and phone calls from the pick up and delivery drivers. Without a doubt we will use them again.”
