Nightmare customer service. Shoes broke the day I purchased them and the company would not give a refund. Absolute disaster - will not shop here again.

If I could give this company a ZERO I would. I spent over $400 on 2 pairs of shoes ordered online. I KNEW they would fit because I had tried them on in the department stores previously. However, the pairs that were ordered from their website were sized completely differently. Like a wide vs. a regular. I contacted customer service for help. I have NEVER experience such rude responses. For your viewing pleasure.... "Thank you for contacting SHOE-INN. I am sorry you are disappointed with your purchase; we have not experienced any size concerns with the Aleena pumps and they are one of our best sellers! I would have looked into the situation if this was addressed in the two week time frame that we have for returns. I am sorry but being that these shoes were delivered over a month ago now, they are final sale. Please always contact us right away if you have any issues with your purchase. Thank you so much. Please let me know if there us anything else I can look into for you. Best, Kayla" "As you stated, you were aware that these shoes are a final sale. They are correctly sized and advertised, as we have been authorized retailers of Stuart Weitzman for over 20+ years. First off, all sales items are final sale and cannot be returned and we state that clearly, it is not up for interpretation. The reason we have a 14 day time restraint for Full Priced merchandise is that if customers hold on to items for long periods of time, it takes away the opportunity for us to sell the shoes. You have had the sale shoes for over a month and we are now in the process of removing our winter sale section as we change over to spring season so we have no opportunity to sell these. I would suggest taking them to a shoe repair shop if you are saying that they are now not fitting you properly and see if they could do anything to help. Have a great week, Charlie" For the record... it was a month since the shoes were ORDERED. Not like I was holding on to them for 6 months. AND they are sandals... so Charlie has no idea what he is talking about. This company is a complete disgrace and I will NEVER shop with them again.

Very nice selection of shoes and products! Friendly staff had a great time shopping bought quite a bit of things unfortunately my shoulder bag it tour at the stitching but we’re very nice on reordering new one!

Horrible. Always wear VINCE. Bought a black/9. Took home and noticed soles dirty. Not new shoes. Worn before. Refused to refund. Never shop here. Used shoes sold as new.Funny… check out recent Shoe Inn reviews. Awful… their response is false. Yes I bought shoes, excited to find them! and obviously tried on in store on their carpet. Took out of box at home and tried on our carpet. Husband said look at the dirty soles, those are used and not new. They sold me used shoes. My fault for shopping here and not inspecting the bottoms… I’ll stick to Vince online and Bergdorf’s shoe department ??

If you don’t shop at Shoe Inn than you’re living life all wrong! They have the BEST selection I’ve ever seen and the employees at this location specifically are FANTASTIC!!!

I like to shop locally! I’ve been shopping at Shoe Inn located in Westhampton Beach for many many years, the selection of shoes are great and the customer service is always helpful.

Guilty as charged!! Now at Shoe Inn! After spending the morning donating at SA and also recycling as we all should .. found myself doing more good. Hey they did an email blast which they rarely do and we have to shop small town. I am here to do my civic duty. That and I knew a pair of shoes I spotted last month might be gone with that email blast. So headed over and hoped they still had my size. There might be a god! Naa. Well yeah but he/she wouldn't be worried about shoes selling out. Amid the pandemonium of 2020 and 2021s first quarter .. things are looking like we'd all better just duck. Preferably Into a shop with a mask and gloves. We think we're good shoppers? Independent shop owners are the real pros and know where the good stuff is and bring it to us. What to expect at Shoe Inn: really tempting Sandals in summer, shoes year round and boots for winter. Sneakers ehh. Meh. But the hats are good too until they're all gone. Only saw a few left. They carry shoes made in Italy, Spain etc. There's something about Emmshu by Coolway from Spain that I really like. Not found at DSW or online too easily. Only saw them one other place but the currency was not USD! Once got a pair of metallic ankle height cowboy boots here knowing I'd possible never wear them. Weirdly i think I'll keep them forever. They faded to a dusty dark silver patina of sorts and they never fail to cheer up a pair of jeans. This time something much cuter for winter and so happy. So yes Shoe inn brings that something special feel to a small town shop that is more a gift to us than from us shopping local.

We have been shopping at Shoe Inn for several years, and have always been very happy with the staff at both the Westhampton and East Hampton stores. I can't say the same thing about the warehouse sale. Went on Aug. 24, arriving at 5:15 to find a gentleman who was running the sale leaving. He informed us that they had decided to close early. When I told him that we took and hour and 45 minutes to get there, he said I should have driven faster! A number of other people were also turned away. I don't expect the same kind of service at a warehouse sale that I do at the stores, but this complete lack of care about customers reflects badly on the entire company.

Very very rude staff. I bought 3 pairs of shoes and was told by the sales man I had 10 days to return them when I was trying to decide between two pairs, he never mentioned sale shoes were final sale. I decided to return one pair and the woman at the counter treated me with disgust that I had the nerve to return, and in a belittling tone said 'WHY?". When she saw they were sale shoes she only offered me a store credit. When I mentioned that a gentleman sold them to me and the 10 day return policy, she said we don't have any men who work in the store. When I asked who helped me and rung me up then they still weren't sure and again only said store credit. I asked for the managers name and the response again was condescending "go ahead and call him, he will tell you the same thing." I left with the shoes because a store credit would mean I would have to step foot in there again and I won't. Horrible service, horrible return policy, you have lost a customer.
