I called 5 times using the provider option requesting to speak with the pharmacy to prescribe a medication for my patient. Every time I was placed on extended hold and then someone would pickup the phone and immediately place me back without even speaking to me. Totally unacceptable for both the patient and myself.

Needed meds for a severe bladder infection. I purchased medication asked the pharmacist if I could use the restroom. She said no public restroom! That’s really horrible for people who have an illness.

All the pharmacists at the Westhampton Walgreens are professional, knowledgeable, and accessible. They will help you with any problems and answer all your questions. The store staff is very friendly and courteous and the hours are very convenient. I would not go anywhere else!

Terrible customer service. Had my son's passport photos taken here. They were rejected by the passport office because the photo was not centered correctly (it was clear that the woman taking them did not know what she was doing). I went back and asked them to retake the photos, but they refused to do it without me bringing in the old photos - they didn't understand that I had send the photos in with the passport application.

This is a very good Walgreens store. Clean and well stocked. The employees are very thoughtful. Pharmacy very good. Sale prices are worthwhile. Plenty of parking in the back.

Very average Walgreens! Was better as a Rite Aid, CVS in town is cheaper and has dozens more of things. They wanted 2/$15 for deodorant, yea some "deal"! Only good thing here is the convince of the location and how clean it is!
