Had no heat in 2 of my 3 zones. The tech (Irving) was awesome. He analyzed it and had it fixed in about 1/2 hour.

Been using them for many years now. They are excellent in all regards. They have installed a split mini, a high efficiency furnace, and a central air conditioning system for us over the years. Highly recommend them.

Contacted City Suburban after having problems with another company installing heat pump units in our house. Kris came right out looked at the work and told us he could finish the job. He was willing to step into the middle of the work and complete it. He got a crew right out to us within a couple of days. They were very professional, courteous and clean while doing their work. The technician called me first thing in the morning and arrived promptly when expected. He did a thorough job performing routine maintenance on our geothermal unit. My only complaint was that I did not receive information from the company prior to today that they had scheduled this service. I happen to be home anyway so all worked out in the end.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Technician was very helpful and explained the operation of the furnace. He checked everything out and said the unit is running fine. He even installed a new filter for me!

Technician was extremely polite and took the time to explain essentially everything he was doing and answered all of my questions regarding my aging a/c unit. Service personnel arrived @ office designated time. Completed troubleshooting in very short time. I call that excellent service.The tech was the same tech who did install and after two years remembered the install. Very polite, knowledgeable @ personable.

City Suburban installed a new mini-split heat pump system. The crew was very professional, on time, did a good job, and cleaned up everything when they were done.

City Suburban has solely done are heating/cooling and hot water heater. This time they came out to check the a/c and make sure it is running efficiently. We were able to make an appointment and City Suburban gave us a time frame. McKenzie called when he was about 10 minutes out to say he was on his way. He was very professional, nice, helpful and informative. Thank you for your assistance on this. Highly recommend City Suburban.
