“Love being able to drop off and go! Wish they actually staffed this place with enough people to work the registers but that doesn’t have anything to do with fedex”
“Smallwood post office is the best post office in Sullivan County. The lobby is fully stocked with packing supplies. The variety of stamps for purchase is huge. The staff is super friendly and helpful and there’s always a bucket of candy on the counter.”
“I mailed a bill out today. It was a medical bill from the foot doctor. I had some work done on my feet and went to see a podiatrist. He was nice. I thought I might put it off until next year, but I didn't. I used to wear sandals alot, but now use tennis shoes which are much more comfortable. I am going back in six months.”
“I can’t believe some of the reviews on here because I always have a players in experience when I visit I love this place. I love the Customer Service. They don’t get petty over little things like sharing tape they remember customers and their names thank you so much for your service. They’re always so kind and super nice 😊 2026 review”

“Jack and his whole team are great! Always super nice and I appreciate that. The only thing that sometimes I forget are there "lunch hours" so just remember to plan around that. Other than that they are great!”
