I had such a delightful conversation with a store associate named Rikita. I just started some spin and yoga classes and I wanted some new gym wear, so many people suggested Alo’s and told me you guys activewear is top notch with good stretchable and lightweight material. Although pricey, it’s worth it. Being that I had no idea what exactly to get, Rikita showed me around and explained what clothing would be best for which activities giving the best functionality. I was taken aback on how much information she was giving me. I came in for some yoga gear and left with a lesson on how certain fits can be restrictive and she gave me some stylish tips too. Her customer service was amazing and helped me mellow out my nerves. I left out with more than just pants lol. I’ll be back, I hope to catch her again, I’m sure I’ll need more tips!

I had a great experience at the Alo store in Westchester Mall. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. The store was well-organized and had a calm, welcoming atmosphere. I especially appreciated the attentiveness and customer service from the store manager. Her demeanor made the overall experience smooth and positive. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Customer service is trash. they don’t even acknowledge you. They don’t even help you out. They all sitting their talking ghetto to be honest. I wished I recorded this because the customer service is just trash. They pick and choose who they wanna say hi too.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Alo Westchester. From the moment I walked in, the employees were incredibly rude, and not a single person came over to assist me. When I did ask for an item, it was as if I was inconveniencing them. The lack of customer service was appalling, and it completely ruined the shopping experience for me. Frustrated, I ended up leaving and heading over to Aritzia and Lululemon, where I was treated with respect and gave them my business instead. It's really disappointing that Alo employs such unhelpful and unfriendly staff, especially as an Alo Access member. I would not recommend shopping here — the experience was simply not worth it.

Loved Maria Concha's Manifesting Ninja presentation, her insights were really powerful. The sales staff was very helpful and Samantha Lawless presented the guest in a professional yet inclusive way. The store even provided snacks like yogurt, water and fruit. Got some great clothes to top it off. Nice way to spent a weekend morning.

Danielle at the Westchester Mall store was beyond helpful. She was attentive to both my teenage daughter and to me. She had so many suggestions for both of us and was continuously bringing new items to the dressing room for us to try on. It was a great experience and we purchased a lot!

It's always refreshing to encounter genuine and helpful people, especially in a customer service setting. When staff members are friendly and not pushy, it allows customers to feel comfortable and more willing to engage with them. Everyone today was super friendly.I would like to commend Javon!!!She provided excellent customer service during my in-store purchase and online order Today!!! Her dedication ensuring that I was able to find what I needed and have a positive shopping experience speaks volumes about their professionalism and customer-centric approach.The current staff efforts have left a lasting impression and will encourage me to continue shopping at this store in the future.

This place is super rude, we walked in today to check out their product and not a single hello from their staff. 120 bucks for leggings and the least they can do is make you feel welcome. Smh. I’m surprised this is yoga apparel. Yogis are super friendly and peaceful. Looks like namaste free and clear from this place.

Love Alo clothes & the store is beautiful! But will definitely not be coming back to this location. Management needs to talk to the store workers about proper customer service & how to have basic human respect for others. Majority of the staff was nice except for one of the workers I heard talking about my outfit while I was in the dressing room. If staff is making fun of how you dress it makes you not want to go back to the store. This could be very detrimental to someone mentally if they were not strong enough to laugh it off. Really speaks volumes of this particular employees insecurities :) i'll stick to lululemon from now on! Thx!

The store is beautifully curated and carries quality items. Staff are polite, attentive, and helpful. Service is great and the fitting rooms are spacious. I bought a few tennis skirts and they have become staples in my wardrobe.A big Alo fan.
