Alpha Omega Heating & Cooling Inc. is always efficient and always there when needed. They installed a new furnace after the old one gave up, and also installed an air conditioner. It took one day to try fixing the old one and one day to install the new one, even on a Saturday. Communication was clear and constant, work was done professionally and quickly, all questions answered, and a clear maintenance plan created. They recommend them.

Alpha Omega Heating & Cooling Inc. company installed a new furnace promptly when our old one died. Also put in an air conditioner. Their service was fine. My only problem was with a lack of communication regarding if and when they would arrive to work. They improved when I asked them to please inform me.
