I usually love Ann Taylor. Though I have never been to this location before, I typically shop at the location in Manhattan, however, I decided to give them a try one day because I work nearby. I will say, the two sales associates that helped me were EXTREMELY sweet and very helpful, but the manager was completely out of line. When I walked in, she immediately greeted me by directing to me the sales rack. Then when checking out my items, she took it upon herself to 'remind' me that the items I was purchasing were not on sale. Extremely racist of her to assume that I would be shopping sales items only and only when checking out did she notice on my account that I am a frequent customer and sent one of the sales associates to apologize to me once I left instead of coming to me herself. Left a horrible taste in my mouth and I definitely will not be returning.

Freedom care agency is the worst agency, please don’t enroll your family in that agency. They don’t care about the patients, PAs and families. Enrollment department takes months to end their enrollment. I lost time and money because of these people. They don’t know what they are doing. They sent one of my dad’s PA for XRay they took 2 weeks before telling her she needs MMR. she has to go back another day for the test. I was so scare loosing my dad’s care givers I had to beg, called every day to finish my dad’s last PA finally after 2 months of battle on January 18 th they enroll her. They took 3 weeks before calling her to sign the documents online I had to yell, most of the time frustrated before you speak to someone and they take days before returning a call. Anytime you call “your case coordinator is on the line I’ll shout an email he or she will call you back”. You have to call the next day angry before they call you back. I am an RN working 2 jobs because the lack of communication and unprofessional. I lost 3 weeks from work to take care of my 96 y/o dad. Anytime I called whoever picked up the phone said that”I’m sorry to hear that, I’m sending an email right now to enrollment department” next day I have to call them and beg them to finish the PA’s enrollment I can go back to work. On 1/4/2023 one of my PA agreed to come to work at her own risk just for me not to be homeless because I have to work and pay my bills Since November 2022 my dad’s PA don’t receive a paycheck. I’m scared of loosing my dad’s PA. I’m planning to move to another agency soon. I will never recommend Freedom care agency to my friends and family.

I love this brand. The materials theyuse & most especially? Whoever is designing & making their cloths! They have a real sense of what shape american Women's bodies really are! And? they actually carry size 16 in the store so ordinary Women can purchase cloths in the store the way they should be able too like everyone else! Not in a catelogue where they can't try on the cloths to see if they fit! I did have a bad experience in this store once. A young manager was sarcastic to me & insinuated that I was fat! She said we don't carry your sizes in the store and she looked me up & down and was very mean. I thought that was very hurtful. And wrong. I find size 16 in this store all the time & I told her that & she sat there & argued with me. Store managers should be more plight & understanding & correctly informative that that. But I don't let insecure inconsiderate people like that move me. Plus I like the brands cloths too much. I also like that they have great consistant sales. They have fantastic colorful hip styles too! Great job Ann Tayloy!

The customer service was phenomenal!!The thing I noticed is that the staff is dressing more casual now. Twenty years ago when I started going to AnnTaylor the staff dressed up and made one feel like a store on Rodeo Drive. Staff was not allowed to wear jeans, casual T-shirts or flip-flops It doesn’t give the same vibe as before. You don’t have to own Ann Taylor clothing to look professional. You can go to Savers and still look professional. The idea is to preserve the image.

I have to say this staff is amazing but there is one employee that has stood out as exceptional and that is Krista Escaffi. She has outstanding customer service and has always made me feel 100% comfortable while shopping. I heard she has become part of the management team and I think that’s a very smart choice because she’s been a great sales associate for years now! All I have to say is keep up the good work, & thank you Krista for your kind and friendly attitude !!!

Great Customer service experience at the Ann Taylor 125 Westchester Avenue White Plains ( Westchester Mall )I was thoroughly assisted by Thelia, she was very helpful in every witch way. I had called the store location earlier and she took my call. My visit to the store, was for an online purchase and an exchange. She helped me to decide on the correct size for the One Buttons Blazer in Tropical wool.I also would like to say Thanks to the store manager on site Marianne at the Westchester location. She made my visit to the store extra worth the effort of going to the Mall, consider the COVID-19 pandemic is still affecting normal retail business.I wish for her team and the store to continue to stay strong and keep up the good work of the Ann Taylor spirit.

I owe, what I can only guess was the manger, a GIANT hug and THANK YOU! Last night, Even though I was the end of the day and nearing closing time, she and her team helped put together the perfect outfit and accessories for my daughters confirmation today. They steamed my jacket and dress so it was already for her 9 am ceremony. Thank you so very very much!!
