“I’ve lived in several luxury apartment buildings in White Plains, and while no property is ever completely without issues, Hamilton Crossing has stood out as the best by far. I was among the earliest tenants here, and while the initial reviews referenced some construction-related problems, it’s important to understand the context: like many buildings that open before full completion, early stage move-ins inevitably come with growing pains. This was true across multiple properties in the area.

That said, what truly distinguishes a residential experience is the management company, and Hamilton Crossing sets the gold standard. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and consistent follow-through are unmatched. Any concern I’ve ever had was addressed immediately and with care. The Maintenance team is diligent, and handles requests immediately. The property manager, John, in particular, is exceptional- reliable, communicative, and genuinely invested in tenant satisfaction.

I’ll be relocating soon and I wish I could bring the entire Hamilton Crossing team with me. They’ve accommodated me on numerous occasions, and done me favors that other management companies would have fined me extensively for. These people are truly tenant-centered.

The units themselves are also among the most impressive in the area, high ceilings, smart layouts, and square footage that’s more than fair for the price. Having also lived in nearby properties, I can say without hesitation that Hamilton’s finishes and overall living experience are superior. The amenities are gorgeous and well maintained, the building’s residents are considerate, and the concierges are resourceful, attentive, and truly available 24/7.

This building, and more importantly, its staff, have set a new benchmark in my rental experience.”

I sent a message to the resident portal and within an hour, I had a temporary fridge. I didn't expect such quick service. The maintenance crew has always been polite and professional. The residents are friendly and kind. The sizes of apartments are spacious with great closet room. Truly a nice place to live.”
