These people have zero clues about IOS Software. They can play with their iPhone settings and tricks and now they are “geniuses”. For the most part Apple products speak for themselves and don’t need a lot of repair but when they do there should be QUALIFIED people.

My appointment was cancelled because I was a little late so I was bummed, but they immediately put me back in—only had to wait about 5-10 minutes before I was seen! While waiting, the whole staff was really friendly and made the environment even lighter. I came in to get my iPad checked and I went home with a new Macbook Air lol. Massive shoutout to Janelle, Melanie, and Amar (apologies if spelled incorrectly) because they really helped me decide and gave me such a good rundown of each and every device I was interested in! Thank you folks!

Janelle was so incredibly helpful today. Thorough, professional, personable. Handled my issue with my laptop quickly, gave me info I needed to make decisions, then recommended (based on what I shared) we sign up for business account (I assumed my tech team had one.) which will be very helpful going forward. She's been great about follow up too-called me within the timeframe she quoted to give me an update. Also watched an amazing employee doing a tutorial session with an older customer. The employee was so engaged snd patient. It was nice watching people do their jobs well.

The store is understaffed. All I wanted to get was a gift card and the guy said he had to put me on a waiting list. Honestly think the store needs to hire more employees are they need to come up with a better system when people have quick in and out items such as a gift card.

I purchased an apple iPad in June of 2023. I told the salesman that I wanted to put it on my apple card with a monthly installment plan and he did not put the transaction through properly. He charged my card and the monthly installment plan was never processed. I owed the full amount in one month. The store manager could only offer for me to return the iPad and then process it again and remove all of the connections which I refused. The salesman did not understand the transaction; the store manager said they take all the feedback very seriously. I am on the losing end. Details with Goldman Sachs cannot be answered by Apple and vice versa. This was a very disturbing transaction.

Without a doubt the worst service ever. I dropped off my $3000 MBP. Im in WP a lot but live in chicago. There was an issue. I spent 2.5 hours and still no answer. Apparently the WP store has to do certain things. When u call u get transferred to central apple. Even though the white plains store keeps telling me to call them. When I get transferred to central apple they try and and transfer me to store. It either takes a half hour or last time they refused to talk to me as they were too busy.

Please clarify as much as possible and double check double check when you communicate with the genius bar technicians from this store. And to the store manager, please make sure your employees understand what they are doing and if they do something, make sure they keep the customer NOTIFIED.I have said multiple times to the technician that I don't want to activate the esim on my iphone and would like to stick with the old physical one, please please don't do anything about it. Indeed, after the technician mentioned several times that how fancy esim would be, I asked the question that did you already activate esim and erase my old physical sim card ? If that's the case, though it's not what I want but I was in such a hurry and could temporarily live with it until I get back from trip. The technician said, no, I terminated the process and you are fine.Then I went on the trip, found out that I was stuck in the middle, yes the technician terminated the esim function so I couldn't make calls through esim, while at the same time he also WIPED OUT my old sim card so I couldn't make call either. Another several hours to figure that out. I had to borrow phones from stranger as my cellular was also turned off, contacted the plan owner, made calls to different numbers to make this work.Wanted to give one star, one additional star bcz I bought so many apple stuff from this store, Ipad, macbook, iphones, keyboards. I totally trust the employees and this experience is pretty disappointing.

I had the worst experience ever with Apple support in this store. My laptop needed a new space bar and a few keys. It would have taken no time to fix. They told me it would take up to 3 weeks. When i explained to the genius bar support person that I use this laptop for work and I cant wait 3 weeks, he didn't say a word to me, just looked in his calendar and said it would be 3 weeks and if i can't wait they can take the laptop back and give me a small credit towards a new computer. I then told him that I had already said i cant wait 3 weeks, and that other than a few keys there is nothing wrong with the laptop so there is no reason for me to turn it in. He just walked away without saying a word. Left me standing there.The condescension, rudeness along with the bait and switch baloney that happens at Apple Is pathetic.I ended up buying a keyboard peripheral from another company and using the laptop for another year before it just stopped working. And the only reason it stopped working was because I spilled water on it so the video card was fried.And yes I did buy another apple Macbook. I prefer Apple products. But not from that salesperson who was so rude to me the year before.

FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT/ 2018 purchased NEW MACBOOK AIR BARELY FOUR YEARS OLD 2 weeks Ago Stopped booting up - Found this location sold a defective logic board, but attempted to getaway with it. Open your computer and shoot it right away at POS. Pathetic the profit made and yet Apple turns their head. See you in the press on this one! ……..

Some of these negative reviews are about Apple's corporate policy, not this store.This store puts Greenwich's Apple Store to shame. This is probably the best Apple Store I've ever visited and I've visited many in multiple states, including in and around the SF Bay Area. Multiple employees went out of their way to help me today and I left with a big purchase. This is a burner account, or I'd name drop, but honestly, every single person was a freaking delight and volunteered to work harder than they had to, It felt like the opposite if many stores. These people were asking me if i needed help (I wasn't asking them) and even if they were busy. They also never got distracted and just quit on me.Unlike Greenwich, which pretty much starts trying to wind down an hour before closing, this place works hard right up to the closing hour, even answering the phone when you call just before closing time.Wish I'd gone here sooner.

We ordered an Apple Watch and paid for same day delivery to our address. The watch was never delivered and we found out the next day past the delivery window the “courier” cancelled the order without even bothering to notify us. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I should add that the Apple Customer Service representative we spoke to was unapologetic and completely unhelpful as well.
