“Now that it has been over a year since my purchase of my Sebo, Model K3 Premium, I want to thank Joe from Willett Vacuum of Larchmont for his encouraging me to buy this vacuum cleaner. Also, he gave me invaluable advice on my old Electrolux (use it until it dies), my current Miele (use it for the basement and den), and my Sebo for upstairs. Following the advice, all has worked beautifully. I began using my Sebo in late August, and it has performed magnificently. It is far lighter than the Miele, and it has been as effective or even more effective in vacuuming my floors and rugs. I am very pleased with the purchases and services I have received from Willett Vacuum of Larchmont. I will be returning soon to have my yearly service on this quality machine.”

“We have 2 central vac units in our large home, one of which was not working properly. Paul immediately went to work, checking every single outlet and realized something was stuck in the tubing. He traced it down to one of the basement elbow joints and found that we had vacuumed up a small object blocking the suction. All working perfectly now!!! I highly recommend!!!”

My vacuum got a full tune up & looked brand new when returned to me. Shampooer was not repairable unfortunately. Personable, knowledgeable and his prices are slightly lower than most.”

“I entered the store on Friday May 17, 2024 looking for a shaker door that the website said was in stock. There was a total of 3 in stock as per the website. I checked in the aisles and on top for the sku number but I didn’t find what I was looking for.
Brendon (or Brandon.. I forget) came up to me and asked if I needed help. I showed him what I was looking for and he scanned it. He had located the door in another aisle all the way on top. He didn’t hesitate at all to help me and he even shut down the aisle to grab me the last door they had. Thanks to this kind young man who went above and beyond to make sure I received the door.
