Never open. I can’t do my banking with BOA anymore because they have too few physical locations and any time I go to one, it’s spontaneously closed or hours have changed.

Good Afternoon I went to Bank of America on Friday Morning around 10:00am in white plains 206 Main St white plains,NY 10601 the reason why I went to Bank of America because I opened a new bank account and i wanted to know how long would they hold my check for so this guy named Ethan came out and took me in his office and sat me down so I asked him how long would the bank hold my check so he said let me see your check than he began to stamp my check and I said I will take it to M&T and cash it for my money so when I got to M&T bank they said oh we can’t do anything because the guy stamped it so I went back to Bank of America and I said I wanna talk to the supervisor and he got scared and said the supervisor wasn’t there and sat me in the office again and said I will release it to you on Monday 02/27/2023

Hello,I just got back to my apartment after visiting Bank Of America Main Street branch at white plains. I had a very unpleasant experience interacting with a person who gave his name as Mr. Castillo, but I later found out that he was actually was subbing for Mr. Castillo. The gentleman was extraordinarily rude and seemed a little disoriented. There was foul smell of alcohol in the area and overall a condescending customer service experience.I was wearing a face mask but the gentleman told me to stay out of his office and sign the document in the hallway using the small corner space of a computer workstation. This generosity too was finally extended after Initially refusing to help. It was only after a Bank of America relationship manager from Syosset called him that he finally relented.I have been a chase private client for the past 20 years and I also know that one person doesn’t represent the entire company, but I am extremely shaken by this unfortunate incident.Hopefully you guys can make things better. Have a wonderful Holiday Season and a wonderful year ahead!Regards,RM

Every time I come to this bank it is always something. They call me after I’m home telling me to come back bc they forgot to complete the transaction, not being able to complete my requests in a timely manor or even in the same day. I do not recommend this branch

I have submitted a payroll protection application with BOA. Tried calling several times and no one can provide details of loan information. Representatives admit that there is little they can do. Disappointed that helped is limited when small businesses need answers to keep employees working.

This BofA location is a very Manhattan like despite being 30 miles north. Despite being in a very complex city center it is surprisingly not very busy to the point of over flow or long wait times. They do have a Merrill Edge office here which is very handy to have for some last minute trading.

One day, they will close you account with no reason given. They did it to me Jan 2020 after 30 years. This branch may have something to do with it! If you are lucky you will notice the notice in the mail on time. They will only give you 21 days to act. Just google "BOA closed my account" and you will know what I am talking about.

I work down the street and go there often. Often times you'll be lucky to get 2 tellers open, regardless of how busy they are. And just as often only one teller. Plenty of personal bankers just wondering around. I can't blame the staff bc they just do what corporate tells them. So....fcuk corporate. Fcuk BOA. I will never invest a penny into BOA. Terrible service. Terrible service Terrible service
