Place an online order for pick up and the customer service was actually very good and they were polite as well

Great experience today with my Granddaughter Emily at Build a Bear. She's 8 years old and has always wanted to experience building a bear. Donna was fabulous.

The employees were very unprofessional. Treated us like we didn't have money to spend when the whole experience was for my 8yr old.
