Needed to reorder supplies and would do it on line but the items in my profile are wrong. Agent could not help with this. Also wanted to verify credit card on file and agent could not help with this. Not impressed.

It seems that the exact same shipment of 6 years now , every 3 months keeps changing and short of items without justification. This is a very bad thing and I am not going to waste my time on it anymore. I will contact my health care provider and let them know that they are not getting the service they are thinking.

My experience with customer service has been dreadful. Three months of emails and phone calls, and still my online account has never been verified. I shouldn’t have to work so hard to be a customer. Have found a different vendor who is more responsive and has more follow through. Bye.

Please cancel any orders for Libre 2 . You all were very easy to work with.... however I use the Libre 3 now and it can be gotten at my local CVS. Thank you .

We have always had good service from Byram and because we had Kaiser we never paid for anything. We have not received any sensors since last year and now we are getting a bill for something we didn't receive. We have moved out of state and anything that was shipped to us we did not receive.

The only good thing is they got it to me within four weeks. I ordered a G6 not a G7. They sent a G7 with the transmitter. I never would’ve ordered that the fourth time. Byram has messed up my order, including three times they canceled the order without letting me know Byram is the worst I have worked with and nobody has responded to my complaints.

It's Saturday morning, and by following the link in the email you sent me today, I can't figure out how to reorder my supplies and there's no one I can call. I can't even find my last order or how to add items - I tried. Not good. I guess I'll have to wait until Monday and call.

Worst home health care delivery service ever. Took over 2 weeks to get my order. First order was addressed wrong. Then when I called, I only received part of my order. Literally took over 2 weeks!! Received 60 abdominal pads, 2 packs of small gauze & a roll of tape for over $700. Can’t believe they can charge my insurance that much money for gauze & tape. I did try to stop the order from going out once I found out how much they were charging for the supplies. They never even got my approval to send the order but it was sent out. Just SMH that they are still in business. I would have given 0 stars if I could.
