Very disappointed in the customer service at the drive-up window. I've been with Chase for decades and never experienced this kind of service. Some of the tellers are rude and take their time to attend to my needs. Not going there anymore.

Easy Drive up Windows for Tellers or ATM, Big Free Parking Lot. Tellers in the Bank are helpful but there are only 2 or 3 so can be slow. I go due to my new location as it close.

While I appreciate the individual workers at this branch, I can’t get over the fact that Chase pumped over $317 Billion into fossil fuels since the Paris Accord was signed in 2016. I am changing banks because they are driving the climate crisis.

My Chase located in Harrison across the train station has been very disappointing as far as customer service. Before the pandemia and after. Dismissing tellers, disrespectful. I had emailed the manager and reported my concerns. I choose not to use them and chose not to invest my monies at this bank after such bad experiences. I hope others are getting better treatment.

Poor customer service. Representatives see me waiting never asked if I need help. While two of them were working to finish something they were doing. When I asked who could help me Traci said she could and went back to doing what she was doing...WOW! I left and came to the Chase on 566 North Broadway and oh boy what a difference, EXCELLENT customer service. Mohammed was amazing and very attentive to my issue. I'll go to this Chase Branch faithfully in the future...thanks Mohammed!

The staff are seem surprisingly unhelpful and uninterested, the place looks dirty and old, the atms look like they haven't been updated in years.
