The worst customer service I had with Citibank so bad that I am considering taking my money some place else. Customer service seems to not know what they are doing all they know how to do is transfer you to another person and another and another. I didn’t get the help I was looking for everyone seemed so confused. Then they hanged up on me saying oh you need to go to a branch click. Horrible horrible horrible.

Citibank directors have made a HUGE mistake appointing a new manager in this store. She is not only unprofessional but very rude to clients and other staff members. I’ve always had excellent service when coming into this location for the last 5 years. Staff at this branch are always friendly and helpful, but ever since my encounter with the manager I’ll be looking for another bank.

Worst customer service in this location. The lady working the counter at 1pm today was rude as heck. No customer service skills whatsoever. I asked to change out big bills for singles and was told no I need to have an account and I need to use my debit card. You need to have an account to change money? I do have an account, I didn’t have my debit card on me, why not just look up my account and I’ll confirm my identity with my ID and account number. So ridiculous that they don’t even care to try and help a customer resolve their issue.

The workers here don’t love or respect themselves because if they did they would try to work with single working mothers. Not tell her to leave 5 minutes before closing.& the bozos who work at city bank couldn’t explain to me like a 5 year old why they couldn’t cash in by city bank check

first thing they told me about here was that everyone could speak spanish, while i'm in the line i noticed the 3 people speaking with costumers could in deed speak actually great spanish, it's my turn and I greet in spanish but the lady gives me a cold demeaning look and i ask in english if i should continue in spanish or english an her answer is to arch her brows and go "no spanish" I'm pretty sure she did spoke it but let's say she didn't, no need for her to give me those looks, she could have offer for me to wait for her coworkers to talk to me since that I'm 100% sure they could speak spanish, the only nice person there was Joshua and thank god idk the name of that rude lady in the 3rd position so I can't write it here but I'm glad I didn't open an account there, and I don't have to see here again.

I’ve always had a great experience with this branch but when 1 banker made mistakes with what we had asked him to do and another banker showed little interest in helping us, Ximena Garcia, a teller, took her time and corrected the problem and more, all with a smile. She was phenomenal. Thank you Ximena.

Excellent location, we were immediately seated and helped. Staff were courteous and patient with us, walked us through our inquiry with no problems. Additionally there was even a medical emergency and staff jumped into help with no issue. Very welcoming and accommodating staff and environment.

I will give less than 1 star. Totally unreliable staff. I had called 25 times and left 5 voice messages eacht o two account manager in branch and never able to reach. Their names arde Stephani C & Maribel C. Both representative is not responding. When call branch at anytime, phone transfer to main number and they even tried to call internal number with no luck. Eventually phone get disconnected . This is known issue with this bank. they love to disconnect customer phones. Please stay out of this bank. Worst nightmare.

Manager has a serious attitude problem and is unprofessional. Waited for her to help me and she did absolutely nothing. Made me want to close my account there.
