Awful awful awful. They do not care about their customers!! Long, long line at the pharmacy with just one employee working. Will never go back.

If I could give it no star, I would. Where do I even Start? I shouldn't even be doing a review but going straight to the BBB with how bad the service is. The lady Mildred obviously hates her job. She is never helpful unless you are of her race. but if you're black she will make it her business to watch you as much as she can. As well as the new black girl in the store with short nappy hair but NO NAME TAG IN SITE. she wouldn't help when I asked for help but definitely came to help when she thought I was stealing . I WORKED HERE YEARS AGO I NEVER STOLE , WHY TF WOULD I STEAL NOW? On top of them having. EXPIRED products on the shelves & in the fridges. AND SO MUCH STUFF LEFT IN THE AISLE MAKING IT HARD TO get through the aisle. The store has fallen off horrible and today just confirmed this needs to be my last day goin there unless the other CVS DONT HAVE .

Worst CVS I've ever been in (out of several dozen). First, the physical facility is a dump. I was there the other day and the entry/exit doors froze halfway, so no one could get in or out. Bunches of people standing on each side, baffled. No employees showed up, several minutes. Bizarre. Finally a customer basically pounded the doors open (they then seemed to resume functioning). Inside, it's a mess. Place is just generally dirty and tired. Inventory all over the aisles, just very badly organized. Prices are absurdly high, I assume probably because lots of people with limited means or transportation have to walk there for basics and medications. So they gouge them. Lots of stuff you might find at other CVS's, not in their inventory at all. FWIW, the people who work there seem to be very nice, and helpful when they can be. But I would opt for just about any other CVS before this one.

This is the smallest and oldest of the (at-least 3) CVS stores on Mamaroneck Avenue. I've been using this as my go-to pharmacy/store for over 25 years. Its location is a few blocks from Mamaroneck Avenue elementary school. They have a medium-sized parking lot. A gas station is across the street and next door is one of the larger deli/bodega/smoke stores around - the type that remind me of NYC. Anyways, I have never had any problems at this CVS, in all my very many visits. I'd say it's about average but I'm giving it 5 stars because I'm grading based on the genre. All CVS/Duane reade/Walgreens are basically mediocre.

The service here has gotten to be so bad. I needed help and couldn't find anyone who worked at this store (in the store!). When I finally went to the cash register the associate working did not greet me, she scanned my item and turned her back. It was extremely strange. And then she threw my change at me. I would highly recommend going to any other store, besides this one!
