Employees were helpful.
Store is busy but they try to keep it up.
A good CVS store is better than WallGreen store or DuaneReade store comparing the prices, variety of products and customer service. Sometime location also matters.

An absolutely abysmal pharmacy operation. I just came by the fourth time it’s been impossible to get my necessary meds due to 40 people lines and times they close from this 24 hour pharmacy. Embarrassing for the company. Poorly managed. Weak employees. Go anywhere else.

I almost always find myself frustrated when coming to this location and end up just taking the longer trip to the nearby Target. This CVS is very understocked and missing the most basic items like last time I came here for a travel sized men's deoderant and they were out, and this time I tried to come for a simple basic black lipstick and they had none in stock, how are you supposed to be a CVS in the heart of a bustling city where there are going to be a high demand for convenience items and you never have the most basic items in the store, some of the longest checkout lines and never enough associates to help customers throught the store and everything is under lock and key? I will stop coming here, I consistently find this CVS to be a negative turning point in my day and overall mood whenever I come here looking for things I need, I will just go to the local Target or the mall if I can even if they are less convenient location wise.

Awful 5/28/24 at 839 pm take my 7 yo vomiting she has infection and vomiting unconcern cashier female Hispanic I ask for tissue she said get yourself at one off the isle cvs you need to get rid of people that have no concern about humans

I feel that customer service is wonderful because they smile they ask you how you are feeling today how may I help you and if you have any questions and concerns because sometimes you forget to ask questions and I'm so glad they can remind you of that and they're very helpful and willing to explain things to you in the way that makes sense and also they take their time and to listen to you and your needs and wants and also they provide different pictures if there is need to be a drawing of any comments or more directions or instructions that you did not fully understand which is always helpful so that way I feel I have a piece of mind at ease so thank you very much for being a pharmacy that I can go to and trust

I might be the outlier here, but I've been pretty satisfied with this CVS. I needed a Rx filled on an emergency basis, and they were able to do it. It is a very busy pharmacy, and they could use more staff, but that's a problem pretty much everywhere.
