I enjoy going to CVS near me because it’s right down the hill from my condo. One of the greeters Gisele is very friendly, and when I go there, she always gives me a great big smile which I like and she will even talk to me from time to time, Another great employee there is Samantha

It is a terrible pharmacy, very bad service and you have to wait hours for them to give you a simple medication.

Wednesday January 3rd at 6pm I had called CVS pharmacy to check on a prescription for my uncle to see if it was ready for pickup I have been on hold for a half hour then someone picked up the phone and hung the phone up I had called back to talk to a manager he didn't pick up the phone something needs to be done

There is no substitute for personal interaction with friendly and efficient employees/staff. I find it increasingly frustrating and unsatisfactory for your stores to become more and more understaffed with greater reliance on self-check-out and inadequate pharmacy staff. For the sake of higher profits CVS is clearly looking to reduce and minimize staffing. In the long run it will backfire. As I say in my profession as an attorney, "representation decisions are based upon relationships". I appreciate dealing with humans who care as much about their jobs as I do about mine, and therefore, are committed to good service and a friendly disposition.

I used to come here all the time and I switched to a small independent pharmacy and I have been so much happier. Popped back in today because I had no other option and it made me remember why I switched. This place is always crowded and understaffed with long lines. They don't pick up their phone. You will have to waste a trip over here just to ask a basic question about your script to be told they can't help you. Also CVS prices are ridiculously expensive. Save yourself aggravation and go to a local independent pharmacy that values your business and knows you, you will be much happier.

Had a bad experience paying a bill at other cvs locations so I came here. Thankfully I was in and out, this location has a good combination of self checkout and register with employees. Overall good experience here, way better than the one across from City center.

Don't bother calling these unprofessional, lazy workers here, I called numerous times and wait OVER AN HOUR ON HOLD! This last time I called, at the 1 hour mark I decided to drive over there. Just as I figured they are horsing around and chatting and the speaker is announcing " 2 pharmacy calls on hold". I show the manager, the pharmacy manager and the guy at the consult desk that I've been waiting on the phone for an hour and 32 minutes and these clowns are not answering.I'm taking my scripts to a small mom and pop place.

They are all about the money and not so much the service. They make it look like concern but it is just looking for making the sale.

Pharmacy lines are always incredibly long. This is the 3rd/4th time that my prescription isn't ready 8-10hrs after being sent for processing. Not only do you wait on a long line to get to the pharmacist but then you need to wait even more once at the register. They tell you to stand to the side while it gets processed and that they will call you but they never do unless you check your app to remind them you've been there waiting. Pharmacy team never has prescriptions ready and for being the only 24/7 pharmacy in the area they are failing miserably on delivering patient their medicine but also are lacking in customer service and care. Even if your CVS app says your order is processing, this team does not process in a timely manner. Would not recommend.

I’ve had good and bad experiences here. Pharmacy has been both pleasant and ready within minutes with my script… and I have also experienced the LONG wait. I can’t say I’ve experienced any poor attitude from anyone.The store is usually clean and well stocked and organized. When I asked someone for a specific type of product I have been pointed in a general direction and I have also been shown where they are. Very middle-of-the-road with customer service.

Corporate needs to investigate this because based on the other reviews, I’m not the only one. I need to switch all my meds to a smaller pharmacy. This is ridiculous.

Review for the Pharmacy. I've had to have 5 prescriptions filled through them over the last year, and everytime they didnt even start filling it until I waited in line and got to the front. Several of the prescriptions were sent in hours ahead of time (one 4 hours before my arrival) and still, wait 20-45 minutes because its not ready yet once you get to the front of the line.I don't know why they even bother sending a text message saying they've received your prescription request and started filling it when clearly they don't look at it until you arrive at the store and wait 10-15 minutes in line. The line is always very long and every person that goes up gets told the same thing, "its not ready yet, it will be 10-15 minutes". I haven't even seen a person waiting in line with me ever go up and have their prescription ready.2 stars because at least the staff seems to realize they are making us wait and they aren't rude. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a pharmacy.

The "minute clinic" at this location is FAR from its name. I came here for an appt. at 1:30pm. I was still in the waiting room at 2pm. There were two teenagers I overheard talking to the older blonde haired doctor about an appt. they had for 11:30 and how they had been waiting since, and her telling them they'd have to come back around 4:30 - 5pm because the doctors had to go to lunch at 2-3pm. Highly UNACCEPTABLE and unprofessional service. After they also tried asking me if I would be willing to wait until the doctors get off lunch, I left this clinic and got an appt. with my regular doctor the same day. This has not been the first incidence in which I've had appts. with this blonde haired lady and she's taken hours between each patient, I believe she does it on purpose. If you need a "minute clinic", expect to be waiting here for hours, unless you know that Dr. Brenda will be there. She is very quick and on point.
