Just started going here recently and I love it! At some CVS the staff don’t give me any help, but this one was much better. Salvador was very helpful and assisted me when I needed it. I hope to see more staff like him!

Of most of the CVS pharmacies, this location is by far the best! Staff is very professional, fast and detailed into information on your prescriptions and questions.
So far as of today, no issues.

This is the worst cvs, they do not care about the customer. I’ve been waiting for a prescription for days! Only to be told after I called it can’t be filled. They don’t even call to tell you they can’t fill it. Not even a text, the manager told me they don’t send text when a prescription can’t be filed. Meanwhile I received text from other cvs’s when my prescription can’t be filled or insurance doesn’t cover it. Please avoid this store at all cost they don’t care about customers.

Photo was stapled to the envelope. Staff had me spend half an hour trying to get the photo from someone else to print myself instead of reprinting their mistake because they'd have to reprint the whole order they messed up to begin with. Lazy and unprofessional, manager included.

Came in here to buy gift cards. They always have a wide variety. Lily was my cashier, I normally do self checkout but since it was occupied, she offered to ring up my items. Lily was super sweet and provided the best customer service ever! Thanks Lily!

The pharmacist counted the pills incorrectly and I was only distributed half of the prescription. When I followed up I was informed that the prescription was expired all they can do is to refund 50%. What if this is life critical meds??? Very irresponsible

This is the worst CVS pharmacy in WESTCHESTER county. They hate everyone. They are slow as molasses on purpose and have extreme attitude issues. Also they never ever open on time. CVS corporate probably hasn't been to this store in five years. Avoid at all costs.

By far one of the rudest CVS I’ve ever been too. Everyone has an attitude , & clearly upset when you ask them anything. Why work for customer service if customers bother you? Managers are suppose to set an example , the gentlemen manager who worked today at 5:00 pm was upset that your asking him a question too. Only ones who seem to have courteous behavior is the pharmacy.Marcella was the cashier. Extremely rude. Then to add insult to injury, after my items were rung up she places my money on the counter instead of handing it to me the way I handed it to her. Very racist and unethical.I never write bad reviews. I brush ignorance off but this had to be written and I hope they hire new staff INCLUDING managers.

Jonathan was extremely helpful and patient with helping me on the Kodak kiosk with many pictures I had to upload. His customer service was outstanding. It was early in the morning and he greeted me with vibrant energy and a smile through all my specific requests thank you again Jonathan ! Amado was pleasant as well. He was efficient and professional . Thank you Amado!
