I am changing this location because of the bad experience i always have with the African black tech...She thinks she is the queen or boss or something...very very bad attitude...its just disgusting how she treats customers...i don't know how CVS hire such people!!!

I hate this store passionately. I sometimes consider moving just so this isn’t my local CVS. Trash-strewn parking lot, run down interior, and constant interminable lines at pharmacy pickup.

This store is well run by friendly helpful staff & the pharmacy department is great. I've interacted with many of the pharmacy staff & they're knowledgeable & they go out if their way to assist you, which is much appreciated!

Pharmacy staff at the CVS N. White Plains is always very courteous, helpful and professional. If I have questions, I never feel rushed and get the assistance I need. I've always had a positive experience here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I visited the CVS on North Broadway in White Plains, and the young lady in the pharmacy was the most rude, combative and disrespectful person Ive dealt with in recent memory. She started my expressing her annoyance to have a customer and her tone was so inappropriate that I told her I understand we sometimes have bad days but we should be careful not to take it out on others, but she snapped back with a rude response. I then asked for a manager to help me instead. When he walked over she said to him "YOU deal with her!" and walked off. At this point she began disparaging me to other customers in line and even remarked "the eclipse must've gotten to her" and began laughing. No one in line was a bit amused by her unprofessional behavior and wouldn't engage with her. Finally, the manager signaled for her to stop talking, but it was too little too late. Customers are at the pharmacy due to an illness or someone they're caring for - a parent or child - is sick and they're getting their meds..perhaps they just received a negative diagnosis or just not feeling well..so the LAST thing needed is to be unnecessarily disrespected and mistreated by someone handling their medication. I'm now looking for a new pharmacy.

Easily the worst pharmacy! Pharmacist and his staff think it’s fine to ridicule patients while they are still in front of them!! I will be reporting them to the highest authorities!

If I could I would leave this place 0 stars. Showed up at 501 while the pharmacy was closing and they wouldn’t give me my 1 year olds antibiotics. Brushed me off and were so rude to me while I was asking in desperation where I could go. Just horrible customer service!

I went in to fill a prescription at CVS, North Broadway White Plains. Alexandria, the lady behind the pharmacy, helped me. She was extraordinarily kind and respectful. My experience was fantastic due to her stellar customer service.
