I might be the outlier here, but I've been pretty satisfied with this CVS. I needed a Rx filled on an emergency basis, and they were able to do it. It is a very busy pharmacy, and they could use more staff, but that's a problem pretty much everywhere.

Worst customer service ever! Came in here because it was the closest one to where I was but every member of the staff was terrible including management. This location should be closed permanently or get all new management and staff. They all need training in customer service because they have none.

Hi everyone. I actually had an emergency when visiting this location but has sign blocking access to the restroom. However the business cant block you access under certain conditions. If they block you beyond my review date. You can make a complaint against the establishment. They have a restroom out of order sign which if true may also be violating employee protected law forwarded to OSHA. They may be trying to block the entire public but they can't

Terrible, rude, un-professional and so unsanitary/dirty. It is the most affordable yes, and it has easy access for seniors and disabled people to get there with the Beeline, but if you can go ANYWHERE else, pay a little more, walk a little further, do it. NOT WORTH IT, you get what you pay for with this place. I had an Rx called in on a Friday morning and wasn't back in town locally to pick up said Rx until that next Tuesday, which gives them almost two whole business days to get that Rx or contact me that it wasn't going to be filled immediately. I didn't hear anything, and after trying to call and having no one pick up the phone I walked down to the store itself. Right away you walk and see trash everywhere. There were pill packages and left over medicine boxes all over the place and near the register. I was told by the register person that the meds hadn't even been ordered Friday. That NO ONE had ordered them Monday or that Tuesday morning. They told me to come back tomorrow, and I asked for the manager's name. Apparently, he was there and asked what I wanted his name for. I said to make a complaint. He tried to tell me about the meds HE didn't order, and how it would take a few days because of yadda yadda. I told him, I had been taking this Rx for over 17 years and never had this problem, ever. I then called corporate and they were no help either. The manager in charge of their customer relations line, pretended we had a bad connection until I asked her a particular question, then she started losing it over the phone. I ended up having the Rx sent to the Rite-Aid in Hartsdale. They filled it in less than 12 hours. They called to tell me, and they were super helpful when I went to pick it up. This place is atrocious, if I could give it no stars, I would.

Seems to be a notorious problem with CVS pharmacies, when you make a call and have to wait forever on hold and sometimes they pick up and hang up, very frustrating! It is probably a product of the corporate environment, I'm guessing most people don't get paid well over there and the service could definitely be better. Good access on foot parking is the pain for this one.

I wish I could give this pharmacy as a company and all of its pharmacy staff ZERO stars but I can only go as low sas one star. First, good luck ever getting a phone call answered. Second, good luck getting the right answer from them if they do answer. Third, they will lie right to your face and tell you anything they feel to uptick the prices and then when theyre called out on their practices they apologize. This is NOT the pharmacy to use and no, CVS does NOT care at this location.

If only I could give this hell hole 80 or negative star review. On Tuesday I went there and purchased A $32 item for help with diabetic nerve pain in my feet. After leaving the store and not even going home yet I noticed it had expired the expiration date was August 2019. As soon as I noticed this I immediately went back to the store and the employee that rang me up was still there. They claim to have a policy where because of the coronavirus they are taking no returns. All I wanted to do was exchange it for one that was not expired. They refused one of the managers said I had to call corporate and when I asked for the number and employee gave me a number and I called it while in the store and later was told I had not called corporate the person on the phone then spoke to corporate or at least they said they did and I was supposed to get a phone call by today from them. I have not gotten a phone call from corporate yet but if I do I will let you know. I didn't open the box I return to the store as soon as I saw it was expired I just wanted another one. If this is how CVS serves their customers, shame on them. I am on disability and I don't have $32 to throw away. A manager called my husband today to let him know that he would be willing to take back my return and give me a full refund. I went there and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful this gentleman was. Completely different from the other day.I am willing to give the Cvs another try.

God forbid you ask the pharmacy to do anything. I usually go to this pharmacy for my regular birth contriol but I have gotten the flu. I called to authorize someone to pick up my prescription for me and there was one prescription missingg. I called the dr and they said they sent it, I called the pharmacy and they said they never received it. I told them that doesn't make sense because they received three out of four of the prescriptions, and I just talked to the dr who said theY sent it. I asked them to call my doctor to figure it out and they hung up on me. Called back the doctor to send it AGAIN. Hopefully it works

This CVS is terrible, there's never anybody at the photo department,can't take passport pictures. Cashier always talking to each other about customers right in their faces. No customer service at all at the front registers. No one on the sales floor to ask for help. The reason why the employees are bad are because of the management. Hopefully someone who understand how to run a business come fix this store.

They don't know you and you always wait on line. Why bother with a corporate pharmacy? I switched to Stratton nearby and it's like walking into your own home where everyone knows you. Crazy to use cvs rather than your friendly neighborhood pharmacy.

i disagree with all the bad reviews and everyone has his or hers opinion but this white plains cvs that has entrances on church and mamaroneck ave is ok with me.my only knock is the checkout area which needs a better line system cause you really don't have a clue where to stand and folks tend to be confused at times .the place inside is spacious with aisles clearly mark with products neatly on the shelve for the most part . i also get a good morning and a hello , just remember if something is on sale it usually sells out as i notice walking around aisle to aisle . the basic cvs stuff and the pharmacy is also here but i never used the service so i can not comment on that department . overall it's ok and it is open 24/7 which is a plus when you need that after midnight snack run.
