I bought two necklaces for a total of $1289.66 at the David Yurman store in The Westchester. They had to be ordered. When I picked them up I was parked in the garage for 18 minutes. I asked if they would validate the parking $4.00. I was told they don’t do that anymore. Really???? If you really need David Yurman, my suggestion would be to go to Bloomingdales and park free.

I brought my tarnished David Yurman bracelet in to be polished and cleaned. Not only was it made to look like new but there was no charge. If that isn’t wonderful in itself I can not get over how kind and nice everyone was. I am not used to this overdose of kindness. These employees are extroadinary!!!

Was shopping around online for a while looking for a bracelet/ring combo. Finally felt ready to check something out in person. Went into this store with a couple things in mind and Steve M was there to assist me. He’s extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Whether you’re in there to spend a lot or a little, he’s the type of guy that treats every customer with respect. Thanks and love my new pieces.

Purchased a chain and a pendant for my husband as a present in June. The total came to over $500. Not even 3 months later the chain broke. Now not only is this upsetting because of how expensive David Yurman is but to top it off they told me to fix it, it is $180. The chain itself is $175 so how do they figure $180? I feel disgusted. How could you possibly do that to someone? I will literally never buy another thing from this place again. It is overpriced garbage.

Would have given them a 0 but its not an option. The sales associate was a blonde lady with a horrible attitude. So much so that I walked out and would rather go to Jersey or NY City David Yurman than spend a dime in this store. However, I went across to Tiffany's and purchased the present I needed there.

Wish I was rich enough to shop here more often.As with any good jewelry store the lighting is incredible. They make everything shine.The quality of the jewels are important, and you have to trust your salesperson. We found ours to be knowledgeable and totally professional.David Yurman is where my mother and aunt went for 'special pieces'. They have been around a long time, and they didn't over-expand (like Fortunoff). This was the deciding factor in our decision to spend a good amount of money with good feelings and no regrets.

My husband and I bought a DY ring online and went to the store to have it adjusted. The sales associate was incredibly hostile, it was alarming. The lack of humanism, let alone professionalism, is why we do all our shopping online.
