This location was clearly understaffed. Priscilla looked like the manager. She had a very bad attitude, which I hope, was just angst. The line in this place at almost 11:30am, was 7 people deep, with 1 cashier. She was being rude telling people to wait until she calls "next" to the line. Um... no. The one cashier was overwhelmed with the couple who had a lot of items in their cart. Why would anyone want to stand and wait for you to call next behind a pillar when we can see the person in front has only a few items? We were already standing and waiting while the one cashier worked.
As a prior retail manager, I saw that she looked like she may have been trying to unpack boxes before she opened the register. I get it. I just didn't agree with the nastiness of her attitude. I hope they get more staff. The store was a mess and many of the shelves were empty
