Zero stars if I could.
I thought we found a good solution for party buses for a client’s party, but Nick was awful to work with and did not deliver on the day. He also made us pay in full so there’s no way to even get reimbursed for HIS MISTAKE AND TERRIBLE WORK ETHIC.
We hired two buses and the second bus was almost two hours late. It was late because he booked him on another job in the Hamptons ending at 6pm. Our call time was 7 PM upstate New York two hours from NYC. No way he could’ve ever made that.
Our client’s friend who had a school bus had to step in and transport guests. Both drivers said they do not like working for Nick and didn’t even have our contact info to keep us informed.
We called, texted and emailed Nick repeatedly on the day and days after to discuss this with no response.
I should’ve trusted other negative reviews. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND.

BEWARE! We reserved and paid in advance for two 25 passenger busses to take guests from one location to another for a party. They were supposed to arrive at 7pm, where over 200 guests would be using the 2 busses to come back and forth throughout the night.
Arrival time on contract: 7pm.
Bus #1 arrived at 7:40pm.
Bus #2 arrived at 9:15pm.
From the hours of 7pm until 8:48pm when I gave up, Nick the owner did not answer one of my phone calls and only replied to a handful of my texts and he was not helpful in getting any updates for me.
The drivers themselves, once arrived were wonderful - but dealing with Nick was very frustrating in the moment when I had 200 guests waiting for 1 bus to take trips back and forth. It took forever.
Come to find out - the 2nd bus driver that arrived 2 hours late would have never been able to arrive on time because he was at another job that didn't end until 7pm, which was 2 hours away from where our event was. So Nick knowingly didn't have the vehicle that he said he did and we paid for. He is still not answering our call or texts and we already paid in full.
Such a terrible way of running a business and led to a very terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I wish I could give ZERO STARS!

I have used Dream Limo multiple times, Sunday we used them for my sons Birthday party, and as usual, They did a great job. The owner is very resposnive and responsible, he also follows up throughout and before the date. Our driver, Juliano was great, sweet man, very caring and a pleasure to deal with.

This company will take your money via Zelle, cancel your ride, and then not refund the money. The owner, Nick, reserved a ride for me and then a day before said he can not complete the service because he wanted to raise the price for the service. I asked him to refund the money; however, he did not refund the $600 even after agreeing that we will. Now he doesn't answer my calls. I will not recommend anyone booking a ride with them unless you want to lose your deposit and not get service. On top, the owner, Nick, uses profanity while talking on the phone.

DON'T LET THE 1 STAR RATING FOOL YOU. HE GETS A NEGATIVE 10 STAR.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Nick, the owner scammed us big time. We paid for a party bus that based on pictures that he showed us and then sent an awful double decker hummer that has no working air conditioning and was disgusting. It was the utmost embarrassment to me on my daughter's wedding day! Mind you, he did try to sell me on the hummer originally. to make matters worse, it was pouring rain inside the hummer. My guests were soaked. Nick has avoided all phone calls and texts. He is far from a stand up business man or man. I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews first, otherwise I would have known what a scam he is. I hope someone is saved the agony and does not use him or his company. Nick...answer your phone and texts. Are you still away on vacation from a month and a half ago. I'm not finished with your company as yet.

BAD BUISNESS! DONT USE THIS COMPANY..... DONT rent the double Decker hummer! I paid in an enormous amount of money for my daughter's 12th birthday. It happened to rain that day and the entire bus leaked. All the girls got wet. The speakers didn't work. It took a very long time for the company representative to get back to me. He said he would refund me A very small amount of money and then ignored all of my phone calls and texts.
