It causes me distrust to return to this place, my wife forgot her wallet with all their cards and documents and my children in this establishment and money in the wallet, we returned to ask the owner to show us the cameras with the recordings to rule out the possibility that the wallet was there but the lady refused to show them the videos and came out upset, and did not want to show us the cameras. It seems that she was hiding the information about the whereabouts of the wallet.

Very bad experience with this business!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!! When I called to find out if they were open for business, the phone was answered by a very rude and asinine lady who probably wouldn't give you the time of day if you met her on the street. It seemed as though it bothersome that I was calling. As if you have to pay for their time as well as their business. Business must be doing very well if that's how they treat potential clients. I was looking to send some packages to family in Ecuador. When they finally received the packages, they had told me it looked like they were opened and the contents stuffed back in haphazardly. But the worst thing was, that one or maybe more than one of the clothing I sent was actually switched for something else. A very dirty and very old piece of clothing. That's something I definitely wasn't expecting. I had sent good quality clothes, only to have it switched for something else they probably wore while working. And I now know not to go back ever again. I can't talk for the other services they provide. I only dealt with the package delivery service. Very shady business dealings. And very rude to clients. I definitely don't recommend this place of business!!! And I definitely don't recommend they're package delivery service!!!
Muy mala experiencia con este negocio !!! ¡Si pudiera dar estrellas negativas lo haría! Cuando llamé para averiguar si estaban abiertos a los negocios, el teléfono fue respondido por una mujer muy grosera y tonta que probablemente no te daría la hora del día si la conocieras en la calle. Parecía molesto que llamara. Como si tuviera que pagar tanto por su tiempo como por sus negocios. Los negocios deben estar funcionando muy bien si así es como tratan a los clientes potenciales. Estaba buscando enviar algunos paquetes a mi familia en Ecuador. Cuando finalmente recibieron los paquetes, me dijeron que parecía que estaban abiertos y que el contenido se había vuelto a llenar al azar. Pero lo peor fue que una o tal vez más de una de las prendas que envié fueron cambiadas por algo más. Una prenda muy sucia y muy vieja. Eso es algo que definitivamente no esperaba. Había enviado ropa de buena calidad, solo para cambiarla por otra cosa que probablemente usaban mientras trabajaban. Y ahora sé que no volveré nunca más. No puedo hablar por los otros servicios que brindan. Solo me ocupé del servicio de entrega de paquetes. Negocios muy turbios. Y muy grosero con los clientes. ¡Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar de negocios! ¡Y definitivamente no recomiendo que sean servicio de entrega de paquetes!

They also have a store full of basic items such as soda, cookies, work shoes, hats, ice cream, backpacks and soccer team shirts.
