I was going to place a review in order online, but I had to put in a different delivery date. Online the delivery charge is 9.99. I called the White Plains office and told him that I was having trouble and he said why don’t you just let me take the order now. I placed the order and realized that they were charging me $14.99 for delivery. I called them back and explained they did not tell me that there would be an extra Delivery because he had to take the order himself. I explained to him that he did not tell me that there would be an extra charge. He did not care. He said I’ll just cancel it right now and I said why can’t you just give me back the Extra delivery charge. He said no that’s not what we do. He became very defensive. He’s like I’ll just cancel it. I hung up. It’s a very bad practice not to help. The customers are not to let them know there’s extra charge. He doesn’t seem to care and I told him I was gonna put it on Google review and he was like go ahead, which makes me think that a lot‘s are from regular friends

My 7 year old Husky who because of my vet is still alive. So, I wanted to say thank you by sending an arraingment to the office for him and his staff. Instead of thank you balloons that I ordered, he was sent Happy Birthday balloons. When I found out, I called Edible Arraingments in White Plains and told them what had happened. The man I spoke with blamed the delivery driver for putting the wrong balloons and asked if I wanted to have thank you balloons sent or a refund since I was NOT happy with what had happened. I told him I wanted a refund since I was not 100% satisfied. I was refunded $19.50 for the balloons only. This will be my first and last time ordering from this company and will never refer them to anyone. Their edible guarantee states your happiness is our happiness, and it's 100% guaranteed. I guess the 100% guarantee only applies to the wrong portion of the order, not for their incompetence nor checking the order before going out. I would hate to see what would have been sent if my dog didn't make it, and I wanted to just say thank you for their efforts.
There were no balloons missing, you sent the wrong ones. They were to be thank you but you sent Happy Birthday. Because of your lame response, I now give your company 1 star, and that's being generous. You can twist things around to make yourself look good, but real people will see right through you. You gave me the option of a refund or to resend thank you balloons. The damage was already done by sending the ones you did. You blamed your delivery driver for the error. I guess your delivery driver made the arraingement too then? You are not a good business owner and I am sorry that I ever used your company. I am not the first to complain about your company and I'm sure won't be the last. The doctor and his staff will not do business with you after hearing the story. I will make sure that I continue to inform my community members regarding the negative experience that my recipients and myself had to deal with. It's a shame that you don't fix your business operations. You could be a successful business but you choose not to be. It's unfortunate.

I had a fantastic experience at Edible Arrangements in White Plains (288 Mamaroneck Ave). The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I found the perfect arrangement for my occasion. The quality of the fruit was outstanding—fresh, sweet, and beautifully arranged. I was impressed with how quickly they prepared my order, and the presentation was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great customer service and high-quality products!

I was on the 11th hour of needing an arrangement delivered. I called White Plains Edible Arrangements and spoke with Rick. Although his delivery driver was about to leave to finish off delivering the last of their deliveries, Rick held the driver from leaving and quickly put together an arrangement of my choice ( I chose a medium size arrangement) and got it on the truck and delivered. The recipients of the gift wasn’t home at the time of delivery so I received a call from Rick and we decided to leave the arrangement by the door.
My experience with Rick and the White Plains Edible Arrangements was above and beyond any experience I’ve had with other E.A in other locations. I’m not from White plains but from Suffolk County, LI.
This business gets not just 5 stars ⭐️ from me but 10 ⭐️. Rick, you couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Thank you and God Bless.

Horrible. They guaranteed same day delivery. Didn’t do it. Then when I tried to cancel…still tried to do the order the next day and charge me.
