My car was in shop needed transmission on short notice & a holiday (new yrs) weekend they were able to get me a car. The customer service was great & they honored my husbands law enforcement discount I would go back & i have done business wth them again - great guys & great experience !.

Thank you guys so much, you guys really made sure I was comfortable on what I had, from beginning to end I appreciate Joe and also Christina as well for making sure I was happy with my rental. I recommend this location for anybody that needs a rental, just give them a call. very good customer service and will handle your needs when it comes to your rental. This might be the worst Enterprise location on the planet. Rude staff and an awful location to get in and out of. Blocked the driveway so I cousin get in and then gave an extreme attitude when I told them I parked in front of their parked vehicle that was blocking the driveway. (In a complete downpour)

If I could give a lower score, I would. This White Plains location was absolutely pathetic. After many years of being a loyal customer, last September I vowed I would never rent from Enterprise again. I just finished making another reservation with Avis (who I have had great experiences with since last September). Last August I reserved a car for a week (September 8th pick up). I received 2 calls confirming my reservation a day before arriving. And on the day of my reservation, I spoke to a rep in the White Plains office at 10:30 AM. But yet somehow when we arrived at 3:30 there was NO CAR for us! After 2.5 hours of waiting we ended up leaving WITHOUT A CAR! During that 2.5 hours, my 86 year old mother and I waited- our choices were to wait either outside in the hot parking lot (near a smelly dumpster) or inside in the dirty cramped office. Not fun! By 6:00 PM, most all other locations were closed so we ended up having to call central reservations and booking a car from the Norwalk,CT location for the following day - (though I wasn't too confident that that would happen either!). Logistically, this was a MAJOR inconvenience that added 100 miles and 2.5 hours of driving during rush hour into our already hectic schedules. At the Norwalk location, Brett the manager was great but.... Because I used my Enterprise Gold points on the White Plains reservation, they couldn't apply them to the new reservation until the other one was canceled. That ended up taking close to another 2 hours... During the 6 weeks following this awful experience, I had reached out to Enterprise customer service close to 20 times. I requested a call back from the regional manager. That phone call never happened. Apparently Enterprise does not value their loyal customers so I have not and will not be giving them my business any longer. I will say, there is one good thing that came out of this atrocious, horrible experience - I have found AVIS! Their prices are reasonable, their rewards system is good, and their customer service has been spectacular.

Awful, inefficient , they have no clue. Don't waste your time going to this branch or dealing with Enterprise. No cars, cars are not inspected for safety before they are given to you.

With so many car rental options around, this Enterprise location across from The Westchester came in 1st place for their SUV selections when I had to grab a rental after my fender-bender in late April. Apart from appearances and scent of a men's locker room in their office, this Enterprise fit the bill for that diamond in the rough. Yet, service from Justin was great both times- when I picked up my rental and returning it 3+1/2 weeks later while my own car was being repaired. He was most helpful when I returned the car and signed-off all my paperwork. Except, I needed a ride to get to the auto-body shop to pick up my newly-repaired car. Done. Thank you! These folks gave me some peace of mind while I drove the rental. The Jeep was in tip-top condition and drove excellent- with a great value at that.

Awesome customer service! I called, and they looked for locations that had available cars. I was told that the Westchester Av. site had vehicles. In that location, Joe was excellent at getting a car and always communicating with me. He even took the time to do a walkthrough and show the vehicle's features. I appreciate his help and courteous service. I highly recommend this location.

Recommend the White Plains branch at 44 Westchester Road. Fantastic manager and staff very service-oriented. I now rent from them regularly rather than picking up at LGA.

THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION STOLE MY ITEMS AND DISTRIBUTED THEM THROUGHOUT 2 LOCATIONS. CHRISTINA & TREVOR WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE MANAGERS SAID THEY WOULD GIVE MY ITEMS TO THEIR EMPLOYEE DIAMOND AND LETS JUST SAY DIAMOND DID NOT RETURN ALL OF MY ITEMS TO ME. I HAVE BEEN REACHING OUT EVERY DAY TO SEE WHERE MY DESIGNER SNEAKER ARE AND THEY HAVE NOT REACHED BACK OUT TO ME. ROSA AND TONY AT THE YONKERS LOCATION WERE OF NO HELP WHEN MY ITEMS WHERE LEFT BEHIND.NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ASSIST ME AFTER I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES LOOKING TO SEEK HELP AND INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE. THIS IS JUST STEP ONE OF MANY THAT I AM GOING TO TAKE UNTIL I RECIEVE MY LUXURY ITEM.

I had a rental car already in appointment for pick up on 09/19/2022 at 9.00 am. I got the most unprofessional call at 8.50 am to be told that my rented car had been given to someone else and my only option was at 12.00 pm. Needles to say that the agent who later identified himself as Jim didn't even offer me maybe a rental in another location in White Plains simply hanged up on me. Later in the day I called back at about 10.15 am to cancel this rental since I was lucky to get a rental from Avis down the block. Upon requesting the cancelation he also hanged up on me againg in the middle of a question. So, how would you feel about when customer service was so blatantly rude and disrespectul??? Never ever renting from Enterprise!!!! PD : See other similar reviews with kind of the same complaints about cancelations. Be aware !
