Amazing service 10/10 would definitely recommend this location compared to others. Brian made sure I got the perfect shoes for my little sister. My friends and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at foot locker, they were super helpful and attentive the entire time

Let me start off by saying the service was exceptional especially today like Black Friday when it was mayhem. Huge shoutout to Noah and Brian they helped my friends and me out when we were trying to find the perfect gifts. They should get a raise with how friendly they were, we will definitely be visiting again! Also the girls who we didn’t catch their names were also amazing too!!

They only greet and service white people immediately upon entering the store. It’s always several employees who never want to help black people but will watch you like a hawk while never coming over to ask if you need any help. I asked a girl if they had low rise socks and she says NO! One of her co-workers over heard the conversation and said they are right here! Just horrible. It’s amazing that Hispanics forget that they’re also minorities, you aren’t white.

Whoever is in charge over there really needs to check their staff. Walked in and they were blasting hip-hop (which isn’t a bad music genre), but for mall with kids and babies probably not the best choice. Probably out the 15 people working there only two were helping customers the rest just talking and rather vibe out to the music then work. Smelled like weed in the store too. I hope the manager sees this and fires some of them because holy. The one in the galleria was better and they were trash.

This store refuses to print out a receipt unless you give them your email address. This is illegal in NYC - I’m not sure why it’s not illegal in NYS.

Told me their policy is to only give paper receipts if you give them an email address. I gave my email address and she still refused to give me one.. Then she kept repeating “the transaction is over” and told me I’m holding up the line. I asked a different sales person who was very polite and he walked behind the counter and printed me a sales receipt.
