“Everything was very organized and the space is quite large and open. When I arrived, only two employees and one other customer were there. I was asked if I needed any help, I didn't, and I was able to browse the entire store. They have a good range of inventory but not a lot of one-of-a-kind beads or stones. This isn't a boho-kind of shop. Things are fairly conventional. The front of the store shows finished items and staff work, some for sale, some just for display. I didn't buy anything this time around but I was very tempted.”
“I purchased a set of earrings for Christmas. Three days before Christmas was notified one of the diamonds was unavailable. Their customer service was hands down the best! They found me two more diamonds, better quality, and had them at my doorstep within 24 hours. The diamonds are absolutely gorgeous. My personal experience, I would recommend them to anyone. I still cannot believe they pulled off a 24-hour delivery. And that was setting the diamonds in the earring and shipping them to my door. I will be a returning customer for life.”

“I came here with my husband to pierce our 7-month-old daughter's ears. We had a great experience. The girl working there was such a sweetheart! Most importantly, she was very clean and made sure to keep sanitizing her hands and used alcohol wipes several times on the baby. Additionally, the earrings used for babies are specifically made for first time piercings and come in a sterile package. This was our biggest concern with piercing her ears but it turned out to be a good experience. The prices were decent for 14k white gold and the studs are excellent quality with lots of sparkle. Highly recommend.”

“Another Simon mall, another good mall. I have been to Westchester mall twice. Today we visited on a weekday around 3pm. It was quite empty , easy to navigate within this huge mall without crowds. This is definitely not a bargain or outlet mall. It is very chic designed and has many high end brand stores like Tiffany co , Louis Vuitton and besides Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus as department stores. Whats more, Plenty of retail shopping options. As quick bite and coffee there is Starbucks and Haagen Daas at R3 floor as a refreshing ice cream stop. Food court Savor at the top floor has many healthy options including Little Beet , the melt shop and a very cute coffee bar in the middle. I was very pleasantly surprised that there was a small patio at this floor, I just love patios's and it had huge comfy sofa to relax... just lovely. There are plenty of sitting area at Savor and within the mall at various places, huge sofas or arm chairs makes it super easy to rest and continue your shopping spree. Women Restroom has an adjacent room as nursing/mothers room for nursing and diaper change. This is very thoughtful and as a new mom, I really appreciate this clean and quiet room. My only concern with this mall is the garage elevators. They are super confusing. For those who have a stroller using them is a must, not optional. And the way they are positioned are very cumbersome. We parked to P1 and then took the elevator right there- to press a button we had to figure out what is R2 - R3 and after a while seeing the chart and stores assigned to either of R2 and R3we figured out that is retail 2 and 3... on our way back, we took a different elevator which says P.F. Chang snd this one doesn't have P1 level as a button. We realized that we came with the other elevator which is Nordstrom elevators... and had to walk all the way back... it is frustrating to figure out these labyrinth like system.”

I would go back and also recommend this store to everyone. The sales person C. Swartz was absolutely great in every aspect possible ?, seriously!”

They make everything shine.The quality of the jewels are important, and you have to trust your salesperson. We found ours to be knowledgeable and totally professional.David Yurman is where my mother and aunt went for 'special pieces'. They have been around a long time, and they didn't over-expand (like Fortunoff). This was the deciding factor in our decision to spend a good amount of money with good feelings and no regrets.”
