“Yesterday I was walking down Mamaroneck Avenue and realized my watch had stopped working due to the battery. I kept walking, and luckily, there was a jewelry store on the next block. I wasn't sure I could get into the beautiful shop just to change the battery. I took the opportunity and went in. Mr. Rodrigues was at the back of the store; I could tell he was working on some small jewelry because of his professional glasses. Even so, he saw me and welcomed me, and I soon left the store with my watch working. I highly recommend this place.”

“I have been working with Keith for a couple of months now and he has been fantastic. I had heard horror stories of purchasing a Rolex and it not being possible. I was skeptical but I was luckily enough to meet with Keith. He has been so easy to get in contact with and is extremely knowledgeable, professional, down to earth and just approachable. Additionally, I have concerns about the resale of returned items. It would be beneficial to enhance the inspection process before reintroducing products for sale.”
